Ok so where have we been hiding this little gem??!? I thought that I had eaten at every sushi place on the island, but lo and behold, another feather to add in my cap!
This restaurant will now be on my list of most frequented places.
The drinks are delicious, cheap and strong. A winning combination!
The dumplings are delicious and flavorful. Get them pork and steamed.
I had the chicken wings as well. Also delicious. And the Chopstick Roll with the fresh salmon and tuna. A little on the small side but no other complaints.
Will have to come back again to update my review. But all in all, eat here.

Great spot for tasty Asian food! We went here based off of google reviews and it did not disappoint! Great menu selection. More than anyone could need. Service was fast. Atmosphere is simple but it’s a standard restaurant. – Bonus free parking in the back up the street

We were looking for something other than the usual island fare, someplace quiet and out of the wind and this place had it all. We both had fried rice, his was beef, mine was chicken, and it was very good. We also both had drinks after, and those were perfect. The atmosphere was great, great views and service. Also, the prices were lower than we had come to expect on the island. Our servings were so big we took half with us and enjoyed it again for dinner. They were knowledgeable about gluten allergy and able to guide my husband to the best options for him. Highly recommend!

The food at this place is decent, but the management is absolutely careless and unprofessional. I visited this restaurant back in 2023, and even then, they claimed their prices had changed but hadn’t bothered to update the menu. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and visited again recently, assuming they must have fixed it by now — but nothing has changed.
They still hand out outdated menus and only reveal the “new prices” when it’s time to pay. This is completely dishonest and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff simply said I should have “mentioned” it, which makes no sense.
This is not just poor management — it’s deceptive practice. If they can’t maintain transparent pricing even after years, it reflects badly on their ethics and respect for customers. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place until they fix their management issues and stop cheating people.

This place is a hidden gem if you’re looking for Chinese or sushi. I recommend trying the chicken fried rice, the beef stir-fried noodles and their smoothies. Very friendly service and awesome atmosphere.

Chopsticks is a MUST while in SXM. Literally across the street from Simpson Bay Resort, and open late most days. The drinks were fantastic, the passion fruit in my margarita was FRESH instead of artificial – the best drink I had while on the island. The food was absolutely amazing, my favorite being the sweet & sour shrimp which had the most juicy pineapple chunks and the best sauce. This meal instantly became one of my favorite Asian food experiences. I ate here twice in my short trip, and I would have eaten there much more often had I found it sooner. The manager, Fa, is sweet and high-energy with awesome bartending skills. I have absolutely nothing but positive thoughts about this restaurant!!!
