Over the years the food has gone down hill! All of what I had to eat was wantons, chicken on a stick, crab Rangoon, pork rice! All tasted the same like corn oil or something unpleasant! All was reheated and the rice had some sort of black peace’s in it that wasn’t pepper! Also very pricey at $40 mind you enough for 1 person to eat! Definitely won’t eat there again!

This place is disgusting, Two plates for almost $56 dollars, food seems to be from previews days, the rice and meats was no good it smell sour, the egg roll were burn out and most of the food could have the taste of the burning oil. I realized once I enter my room and open the plate.

That’s the amount of food we got for $34. 8 chicken wings, 3 teriyaki chicken sticks, a side of French fries that were left over from the order before us, and 2 bug juices and a chocolate milk. The food tasted like the frying oil needed to be changed. (Not one French fry had been eaten when I took this picture)

We’ve been semi-regular customers at Chopsticks and have never had an issue until tonight. So this situation was completely unexpected but very disappointing. We had went in around an hour ago to order some food, one being the steam fried dumplings. When we got home and started eating I had noticed the dumplings were completely raw on the inside. They weren’t warm at all, and the pork meat was pink/red, squishy like raw meat is, and obviously raw. I had called the restaurant expecting them to handle it in a professional manner as one would after selling unsuspecting customers raw meat but it was far from that. She essentially told me in an extremely rude manner that it wasn’t her issue at all that they served me raw meat and to heat them up and retry again the next time ordering these… as if I was going to order these again! I was very put off at the fact in how she handled the situation as eating raw pork isn’t something to be taken lightly. Needless to say they lost some customers who would spend a decent amount each time ordering food from them. Not happy and won’t be going back again!

Food had been sitting under heat lamps and as dry as the Sahara desert at best at 12:30pm during lunch hours…The egg rolls were extremely dehydrated and stale with a sour taste, the crab Rangoon were dollar tree at best and we won’t talk about the Teriyaki beef jerky….The pork fried rice was as pleasurable as drinking pure starch dashed with a heavy dose of soy….beyond shadow worthy of calling this American Chinese cuisine. Close the doors and save us the discomfort of spending 22 dollars on 6 items severely overpriced where now I feel I should be concerned about food poisoning. If I could give negative stars I would do so…this establishment is an embarrassment of the Chinese culture

Everytime i place an order its 64 bucks even a small order same price just way to much. She tells me everytime no takeout menu available so i have no way to check prices and the food is cold and old alot of the time, just not worth it…
