So much good food! If you like or love BBQ, stop here! Chops are delicious, ribs are soft and tender, meatloaf is incredible, bacon blue spar is amazing, his taters are damn good, and everything else is pretty great! I’ve been eating here for about a year. Locally owned and operated. Great dude.

Chops is the best around. I was standing there when the rude people was trying to bargain the mans prices. And he gave them a deal and still rights a bad review. The only racist people there was them. Just because we fat and white and look like a hillbilly doesn’t mean we are racist we love all colors and food. So just move on down the road and get your ribs at mcdonalds. Cause if he’s food didn’t make you happy then maybe your the problem.

The one star review from Renee Hollis is a joke. The only thing I can think is that she was at the wrong place! I have been eating Chops food for over twenty years and have known him just as long so to say he was rude makes me believe you were at the wrong place.Even in the high heat I have never heard a cross word come out of his mouth. Maybe your food truck was so bad you have decided to ruin other peoples perfect score. Keep doing what your doing chops! ! Your the best!!

Smoked potatoes… What a great idea… Better than any baked potato I have ever tasted … ! A smoked cheese stuffed meatloaf topped with bacon…..where else can you find that…. blue cheese coleslaw. All amazingly delicious. I’ll be a regular on Fridays. First timer and I’m sure the other selections are just as good.

This is hands down, the best barbeque I have ever had in my life. He has pork chops, ribs, pulled pork each day he is there. On Wednesay he generally has chicken, Thurdays he does burgers will jalepeno relish, and Friday he does a stuffed meatloaf. All are delish.
What he is really know for by everyone who eats his food though are his potatoes. They are sinfully delicious. He smokes them so long they melt in your mouth. His other sides are great too, especially the apples and the coleslaw.
He is generally always there at the Park and Tarc off of Exit 14 on Hwy 71 Wednesday – Friday. Stop in and grab a plate. You won’t be disappointed.

This is legit the best bbq in town hands down! I’ve tried everything one time or another and it’s all great, can’t go wrong no matter what you order. The only thing missing on the menu is brisket, which is a shame because I know it would be amazing. Just gotta get there early while the gettins good because he runs out quick!

No stars the owner is rude and racist sold us 2 1/4 tack plates for double what he quoted then told us nothing was spicy and everything was dry burnt and spicy. Ended up trying to call the police because we asked y the price changed and requested sides that were not spicy. Bad business man would never stop there again. As a food trucker myself very disappointing experience.
