I tried the Mysore Bonda and Punugulu, and both tasted absolutely delicious. The highlight was definitely the peanut chutney — it was flavorful and simply awesome. The staff were very polite and friendly, and I really appreciated that they didn’t even charge me for extra chutney. They are also quite famous for their dosas, which I’m looking forward to trying next time. The ambiance was pleasant and added to the overall great experience.

Food is great. If you like spicy curry this is the place. If your sensitive to spicy this isnt a place for you. Their spicy level is different from what im use too but the spicy is still good.

My husband & I have ordered plenty of times from Chopati and the food has never disappointed. We’ll continue to order their Idly served with comforting sambar, Masala dosa, Chicken Biryani and Boneless Chicken Curry and highly recommend those.
Idlies are spongy, vada is crispy and flavorful, Chicken Biryani tastes homemade and bursts with flavors and the masala dosa was equally good. The quantity of Boneless Chicken Curry serves 2 people.
Pretty spacious restaurant with a bar. Service was very fast – we got seated right away and got our food in 10 minutes. We liked the ambience when we dined in except the restrooms. They need to be cleaned, hence the 4 stars.

Extremely disappointed. The food was stale, and the butter chicken / paneer masala was sour and pale, as if it had been frozen. I called three times to speak with the owner and was told he was busy—still waiting for a call back. This ruined our family dinner, and we had to trash the entire order and reorder from another place.wasted $100.00 food in trash.

I’ve been here about five times in the last two weeks and their breakfast items are really good. The Mysore bonda and punugulu are must tries. Special shout out to the punugulu. It’s been a long time since I’ve had that exact taste. The chutneys were great too, especially the ginger chutney. I also liked their Indian masala chai.
That said, the regular food didn’t hit the same. The goat biryani wasn’t great. I tried a food bowl with chicken and the chicken was way too deep fried and very hard, almost like jerky.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for breakfast, but not so much for other biryanis and curries.

Unhealthy conditions: Very dirty place to eat, bathroom was full of trash from a day before and vomit stains on it, Table in dining room was not clean and sanitized, behind the kitchen was dirty and unorganized, out side bathroom dirty all over items. All this while employees of payroll were sitting down in dining room tables playing on there cell phones. BAD MANAGEMENT and Do not eat at this place. Chai is from machine not fresh. Sambre in Dose was old from days before, I had a heart burn due to it. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTRAURANT.

First time trying, the menu has a very good amount of options. You can choose a level of spiciness, which is appreciated as someone who has low spice tolerance. The food was well cooked and tasted great, the garlic naan was a bit cold, but it tasted good. The price is not bad for the size of the meal.

This is a South Indian, especially Andhra/Telangana gem, despite the look & other reviews. I had a nice Telugu style breakfast. Reminded me of hometown Sambar, Allam & Palli chutney etc. I ate Idli, Mysore Bonda, Punugulu. I give it all stars for bringing back memories of home city tastes..

We love the breakfast food here. This is my dosa place; The Dosa is the best I’ve had on the east coast and I’ve tried many Indian restaurants in the area. The Sambar is a little runny compared to what you would get at home (my mother in law makes the best) and it was flavorful (I bring this up because I saw the comments below about the sambar). The vada was yummy too!
