I’ve been patronizing this place for years so to be insulted today was hurtful. I always over-looked their “CASH ONLY” policy which is an inconvenience at times such as today. I didn’t feel like going to the bank or paying an ATM fee so I dug in my arm rest for stray moneys that I throw in there…and because they said the bill looked old, they would not accept it. They even marked it with the marker and held it up to the light and saw it was real and STILL insulted me saying we see it’s real we just don’t want to accept it because it’s look old…I then went right next door and swapped the bill with NOOO problem. Chop Suey Inn “claim” the bank wouldn’t accept it, which is a lie…the bill was in great condition with no rips or tears…just dusty from smoke ashes. But, we all know your moneys isn’t going to any type bank to be kept track of…that’s why your establishment does “CASH ONLY”…to evade taxes. No one is stupid…I will no longer be back and hope they provide better service for the future customers because WE the Customers pay your bills and deserve to be treated with respect.

Been eating here since a kid and I think its the best chinamen rice in the Lou, but the customer service is HORIBLE! They hella disrespectful. I dread going in there to pick up food so I don’t go as much anymore

They have good food but I have tried to go there to order food 20 min before they are supposed to close and they locked the doors as I was walking to them around 8:30 pm and they close at 9;00 pm. Very disrespectful!

I called in my order and my husband went to pick it up. The female said there was no call in order after having asked me for my name. She had a nasty attitude with my husband who is always even tempered. I will not patronize this business no matter how the food tastes. Good food should also come with good service.

I’m ALWAYS CRAVING their ham & noodles and some of there chicken wings!!! It’s SOOOO GOOD!! ❤️ definitely worth every penny, I would have given a 5 star but I definitely hate the fact THEY DON’T ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT payments smh when I very first tried here few months ago I had to actually cancel my order that I had my mouth set on! So I hope one day they get with the program and start accepting card payments then I will 5 star Lol
