Probably one of the best Chinese spots I have eaten at in a long time. The chicken wings were juicy and crispy. The Bar B Q ribs were perfectly charred and juicy. Great Bar B Q flavor. The pork fried rice had lots of pork in it and seasoned beautifully. Every bite was delicious. The service was friendly. Definitely coming back to eat here again.

Wasn’t expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised. Their steamed vegetable dumplings were truly excellent. Also ordered vegetable lomein and it was delicious. I will be back to explore more dishes! (I ate one of the dumplings before I took the picture!)

Anyone who says they are loud on the phone clearly has never ordered chinese food. They are all loud on the phone. Food is quality and great portion sizes and hot, quick and above all the taste is delicious! I moved to area from the city and I have to say I am very happy this is my new local place. They make amazing boneless spare ribs and the fried rice is made without food coloring. 5 stars!

I am so angry after ordering three dishes. Complete waste of money. I have never seen a double cooked pork that tastes just like mongolian beef – they see to use the same recipe and uses shredded pork. We threw away most of it. I used to go here years back and ordered them again mostly out of nostalgia but the quality was shockingly bad. Never again!

This is my favorite Chinese take out in the area. I do pick up so not sure about delivery.
The order is never wrong and made in a timely fashion.
The one gentleman that takes the phone orders sounds rude in tone. He is not. English is obviously a 2nd possibly 3rd language for him so don’t take offense. He is precise and thorough. In person he greats you with smile and sends you off with a big thank you. The tone stays the same but in person it comes off as grateful and not rude.

Have not had Chop Stix in awhile. Went when they were not busy so had high hopes. The chicken tasted almost boiled. The sauce was like water (I had orange chicken) and the broccoli was burnt and overcooked. The egg roll was tough, not at all crispy and the inside of it looked like mushy ground cabbage. Definitely underwhelming in its entirety. Guess I will find a new location.

Food is great. Great for a cozy date. It is the neighborhood’s best place for take out Chinese food in the Scardsale Village. Great food, fast, friendly and good variety. Even eating there is nice and cozy. So if you are on the run or want to sit and enjoy a good meal, come to Chop Stix. I have been going there for well over a decade. Consider it! You will not regret it! Go soon. I was there last night. Food is just right.i was here today!!
