I am so HAPPY to have this little hidden gem in Broomfield! It personally has the best food in this part of the town.

I have lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Kansas City…am a foodie and a natural foodie not liking chain restaurants, liking unique, quality or local food.
This place has a fun menu! Bacon Wrapped meatloaf, Burgers, Short ribs served on mashed potatoes, fried chicken, great salads…Greek chop, Asian salad. Have been happy with every visit.
They also have fun adult drinks: mules, margaritas and carry natural can sodas for the kids.
Elevate your dining experience. Great service, casual atmosphere, elevated, delicious menu.

Cant believe I just found this place! Ordered the Mediterranean grilled chicken it was the perfect portion size and tasted phenomenal! Looking at what other people were ordering it looks like all their food options are unique and delicious. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I went for the first time yesterday and OH MY GOD it was so good. The corned beef was out which was our first pick, so we went with the fried chicken sandwich that was recommended instead. Like heaven on a bun. The chicken was so tender and the breading was the perfect crisp. The food wasn’t greasy and I didn’t feel gross after eating it. The loaded mash is to die for and the mac is pretty good too. The man who helped us was super friendly, I hate I didn’t catch his name. This place is easily a new favorite, don’t sleep on this fast casual gem!

I looove! Chop Shop! I have eaten here many times and across the board the food is excellent. Can’t go wrong with the salmon, (my fave!) the Mediterranean grilled chicken, the rice noodle bowl, the organic tofu dish. The service is excellent too. Most of the time I take out from Chop Shop but it has a sweet atmosphere too.

Atmosphere is cute. I really like the door handle as it was a butcher knife. Nice touch.
We ordered the onion soup, which was excellent and the chicken fingers which were also very good. The french fries were OK.

The Chop Shop is very good. I went with 4 people and everyone loved what they ordered. I had a Roasted Sirloin French Dip, but we also ordered the Meatloaf, WOK fried rice and Nashville Hot Chicken. Portion sizes were great. Plenty of food. The French Dip is delicious, the Au Jus wasn’t too thick or runny, it was just right. The fries that came without weren’t too skinny and done to perfection.
We went a little early on a Monday and it was just us. Don’t sleep on this place. Go and try it for yourself. When I am in Broomfield again it will definitely be on my list of places to go.

Awesome joint found in Broomfield! The burger was delicious! Great toasted bun and great spicy aioli. We also got the bacon fried rice, still very good but not a lot of rice compared to toppings, but still flavorful and great! Love the atmosphere in here, staff were very nice and helpful. Coming back again!

This place is so good it’s unreal. I’ve had very bad days that end better because I decided to pick up food from Chop Shop on the way home. Everything on the menu is fantastic but I’m particularly fond of the fried chicken on polenta. The tater tots are the best I’ve had. The 72 hour onion bliss soup and brussel sprouts never disappoint. They package stuff for take out very well and it’s always hot and delicious. Thanks for raising the standards for this area and making such good food!
