My family stopped in after attending the Martin Luther King Jr. parade in down town Fort Worth. We each enjoyed a delicious burger. I had some sweet potato fries that were also great. It took our food a little bit longer than usual to get to our table, and there was a slight problem with the bathroom. Overall it was a great experience, and we will return when we are in the area.

We have been here several times in the past with no issues; however, our last two visits have been very disappointing. Customer service has significantly declined. The woman working the front counter does not greet customers, does not smile, and is not professional. On a previous visit, we were told the wait would be 20 minutes, but it ended up being over an hour. Today, we waited 30 minutes for our food, and when we returned to our office, the chicken sandwiches were overcooked and the fries were cold. The cook in. The back was very polite and showed care for his customers.
Additionally, her rude and disrespectful tone toward the kitchen staff was uncomfortable to witness. I am not sure if she is management, but her lack of people skills should not be customer-facing.
Very unfortunate, as we used to enjoy coming here.

The guy working was lovely and the food was well priced and delicious; also creative, these burgers were thought out!

Walked in and immediately felt comfortable. BUT the chef on shift made everything perfect! My truffle Fries were seasoned just right and my burger melted with each bite. My girlfriend almost forgot she had a burger due to how much she was enjoying her sweet potato fries once they were done the burger followed soon after.

Talk about a hidden gem. I’m not in downtown Fort Worth often, but there are moments. Serving jury duty is how I stumbled upon this mouthwatering spot.
These burgers are something serious. Being a first time visitor I opted for the Chop House Burger and an order of sweet potato fries. I also ordered the Italian Nut Job shake. OMG! That’s a winner right there.
The servings are a hefty size so I didn’t finish a smidge of my burger. I have every intention to return so I can sit on the patio during the warmer days.

I really wanted to give this place a good review because there were a lot of things that were done well. One of those things was my burger, even though I requested to have it done medium-rare. I also asked for extra tomato and lettuce and got a little bit of lettuce and no tomato. While the burger had good flavor, those seemingly small details matter. Don’t give me the option to choose the temperature of my meat if you are not going to prepare it that way, and don’t give me the option to select extra lettuce and tomato if you are not going to give them to me. I also got sweet potato fries, which were done with a perfect balance of crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, but then were over-salted, ruining all the finesse it took to cook them so perfectly. I will definitely give this place another chance, because there was a lot to like about the food. Hopefully they check the reviews and take the comments to heart.

Really great place to eat. My son was obsessed with the grilled cheese and fries. I had the Chop House burger. It was definitely worth getting. Veggies were fresh but the star of it was the beef and bun combo they have. Amazing flavor and crisp edges of the brioche buns was the cherry on top. Thanks!

I am now renewing my original review again to a lower star. I have been visiting this location for several years and across the board this business has failed to adapt and keep things to the standard that it used to have. The food they provide is now a cheap Cisco pre-frozen derivative of what used to be really good burgers and fries. Vegetables are thinly sliced and not worth the cost you are paying. Burgers and portions have gotten smaller. A complete drop in quality from what they used to be in years past. The atmosphere is okay but I wouldn’t call it welcoming. Staff seems overworked and does not care about quality or control. This business used to really have the best burgers in downtown and it seems like they have just given up trying to hold up to that standard. Sadly, I would no longer recommend if you are looking for a burger in down town Fort Worth.

Google makes you put a star but they don’t deserve it, worst staff possible, the “cook” can’t even melt cheese on a burger and gets mad at the customer for asking him to melt it, don’t even get me started on the lady at the front, horrible attitude with even more horrible service, I don’t know what’s worse the food, the staff, or the attitudes. This place is already struggling and I can’t wait for it to shut down for good so these people are out of a job. Guys please stay away from this place.

Fries were cold. Burger was good. Honey mustard tasted like it was made in someone’s dark basement. That was gross. 5$ for a bottled soda is stadium and crack prices. Never again.
