My wife and I totally enjoy Chop . As a retired couple ,we go to watch all the skating events . We always indulge in a freshly made to order “Chop” sub . Matt , who is the owner of “Chop” , gave us tour and couldn’t emphasize enough his rationale on providing high end deli meats that are chopped and evenly distributed in a specialty bun , that specific only to “Chop” . Wow , you can really taste the difference in freshness and bread quality! We’ve even bought them for relatives and friends in the retirement community , who all love them . Our favorite is the Italian sub ,Matt will add some of his famous giardiniera sauce on request,, I would put it up against any sub in town !
