I went to the new Baldwin Park Location. This place does NOT skimp out on shorting you on food. You really get your bang for your buck. The owner is named Gary and he was very welcoming and sincere. My box was filled up to the very top. Will definitely come back here again soon.

I used to eat here when it was under a different owner, seems to have changed owners. The interior looks different. Fried rice was a little dry, I requested the rice on the bottom to be served, the rice on the top looked dry and old. Immediately upon the request the female who was serving me started speaking loudly in Chinese to a gentleman, very obvious she was talking about me. The main item portions were small. The food was okay, not really tasty. She took my order She was speaking to me very aggressively and loudly, I will not be going back. Really enjoy the previous owners, food was always good and fresh right to the closing hour.

Chop Chinese food offers great customer service, large food portions, great pricing, and delicious food options. They don’t have many tables to dine-in, however the restaurant is new, so maybe that is something they’ll add later on. Definitely recommend this place!

First time trying this place and definitely my last as soon as i arrived home which I don’t live too far from the establishment I tried the food, which I choose 3 item combo chowmein, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and seasoned shrimp. The shrimp tasted very chewy. The teriyaki chicken was super dry and rough to chew & the orange chicken was the same way once you got to the actual chicken. The chowmein was the only thing that was ok to eat and even then I got grossed out . Don’t get me wrong, the lady whom assisted me was super nice was other than that I wouldn’t recommend for you to try this place I paid 12.12 not worth that. Nothing seemed fresh at all.

Decided to try chopped because of the 4.8 stars it had at the time. That is definitely not accurate. I ordered the chow mein, fried rice, barbecue pork, and beef broccoli. The chow mein noodles were old and hard. The fried rice was also old and hard, and the worst thing was the barbecue pork was mostly huge pieces of fat. The beef broccoli was ok.
