This place is very good. The barbecue is amazing. very impressed with me being a picky eater. portion size are ginormous. I got the killer tots. my husband and I shared it and still had some to take home.

I came here to get some food and google guidlines will not allow me to tell you what all I was told and experienced. I calmly asked why I was overcharged and wanted a refund. The owners son told me to get lost and two guys walked out of the kitchen towards me. I felt worried and soon left afterwords. Here is a video of the situation. Brian and the 15 year old in the video is apparently the owners son.

I came in for lunch on a Monday and had the sidewinders. It’s a bed of spiral cut potato’s with nacho cheese sour cream and pork. The manager Matthew came out and spoke to me, really nice guy and great service.
The food was hot, fast, and delicious. I will definitely be coming back to try some other menu items.

I went and bought my 2 year old a chicken tender kids meal and it was the most pathetic portion size I’ve ever seen. Both pieces of chicken were tiny but one of them was the size of a twig. It was really sad especially if a 2 year old isn’t full from it.

If you have not tried the baked potatoes, i recommend trying. I get the one with bacon and add extra butter and sour cream to it. I also just tried the beef potato with bbq sauce and that to me tasted better as leftover, after all the flavors mingled.

New management/owner took over about 3 weeks ago .had to stop in their for quick 1lb of pulled pork it was 100% better than several yrs ago when I ordered it,it was so bad before it was not edible had to throw away .

Great experience! Staff here was super nice and food game out within five minutes. Not exaggerating this was the best barbecue I have had in years! Strongly recommend the killer potato!

I’d give a 0 star if possible. They told me the total was $47.06 and then charged me $56.47. My bank statement shows the total was adjusted so they stole $9 from me for a tip. I tipped them cash they then refused to give me my money back. They are very unprofessional and didn’t even give me my food or money back. Ruined all choo choo bbqs for me.

We we’re told this place in Ringgold had great bbq. Well we we’re disappointed.
The positive, the portion size was good. The pulled chicken was tender.
The negative, the sides of mac & cheese and coleslaw was just like any prepackaged kind. The baked beans were average. You could taste more bread on the pulled pork sandwich than anything plus it was supposed to have coleslaw on it and it had none. To top it all off, only one side of beans was warm, ALL the food was barely lukewarm, in fact one piece of chicken was cold. That doesn’t even meet food safety requirements for temps. Maybe none of the four kids working there have taken a serve-safe course but should. We would have sent it all back and asked for a refund but we we’re starving and didn’t have time to go somewhere else.
Will not be back.
