5+ Excellent service & amazing food cooked fresh to order. The won ton soup is light, refreshing, & flavorful. The unique egg rolls are packed w savory flavors w a hint of sweetness. The house made mustard & sweet & sour sauce is legit. The lemon chicken crust is light & flaky. Top w their signature Lemon Glaze & Fresh Lemon juice for the perfect bite. The Ham Fried Rice is the proverbial icing on the Cake. I love everything on my plate but if I could only have one thing this is it. In all my travels I have never found it’s match. This is hands down one of my favorite meals. Worth the drive from Lexington!

BUGS IN FOOD!! I’m including several pictures! I went here for Mother’s Day. First they forgot that they seated us, so no one ever came to our table. So I ended up ordering to go. We got our food, and left. I ate an egg roll, chandler ate an egg roll, and hunter ate an egg roll. I got my second egg roll and took a tiny bite off of the top and there was BUGS COOKED INTO IT. Two different bugs!!! We immediately turned around, went back. The Owner argued with us and said that there was no bug. There was literally a face and legs. She took the bug out. Held it and literally said it was not a bug. Another customer was up there and said yes it is. She said she would refund the one egg roll. Two people from the kitchen also came up and argued with us. Finally I got a full refund. No one ever apologized, just argued. We contacted the health department and I was sure to take photos. I have never had anything like this happen and I feel physically ill!!

Cantonese style, small on spices. A clue was the number of chop suey dishes on the lunch menu, not really authentic Chinese. Good portions, the sorry inside picture is a mural wall separating dining areas.

The food (mongolian beef with ham fried rice) was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. The hot mustard was house made and VERY hot, which i loved. It came out on cute serving dishes as well which was a fun touch. If you are in the paducah area i highly reccomend this place.

The business is beautiful. It appears very clean. I wish the entry way was set nicely with the plants. I was not impressed with the food but I’ve only had one dish. So I’mm gonna call it a one off. The waitress was quite nice. Mostly I enjoyed the artwork. I’ve included a bunch of pictures. I went to the Hinckleville Chong’s.

Food is frozen for sure and I’m talking orange chicken it’s definitely not fresh though it’s frozen if it was properly fried it would have tasted better noodles u can taste how many days it’s been sitting out I didn’t eat it just took a bite and they still charged me the best thing I say is the chop suey it’s a desert in there very empty waiter was nice though owner didn’t wanna take responsibility for the food that was not eaten very disappointed for a small city at least have one decent Chinese place around its very unfortunate as a food critic I was disappointed

We live closer to Reidland, so we always eat at that Chongs. Recently, they were closed. We Had out-of-town guests who insist on Chongs when they are in Paducah. so we went to this one at the mall. The food was superb. Even better than the Reidland one!!!!

Unless you Love ginger don’t go. Unless you have Lots of time to spare don’t go. I never received the whole order . Our waitress said she didn’t need to write order down even though other waitresses wrote their orders down. Back to Illinois for edible Chinese food.

I am sure this review won’t mean anything to the business but hopefully it will mean something to someone who decides to eat at this horrible establishment. My coworker and I decided to get carry out from here today. She goes to pick up the order and notices my order was wrong and informs them at the counter. She ask if they can remake it or get a refund. They tell her there is nothing they can do. To take it anyways because they know she will like it. She then calls me to tell me my order is wrong. I call to get some type of compensation..a redo or refund. The lady yells at me that that is the oder I get and hangs up in my face. Of course very agitated, I call back and have to retry 5 times to get someone to answer. A man picks up and tells me to bring back and it better not have been touched, I better not touch his food and hangs up again.
