Kindly called to tell them the food was rotten , nasty, old , and they didn’t put no sauce , utensils and even the fortune cookies. “Mariluz” they said some people like it some people don’t, they refused to put me on the phone with a manager said he’s not there but I’m sure I heard them talking to an ahmed that refused to speak on the phone with me.
Horrible all in all the rice was good but they didn’t even give us soy sauce and duck sauce ….

Totally discusting! I grew up going here and haven’t been in while. When I went I order a Wong special soup, combination plate that include fried rice, shrimp and some other stuff. I was gross out by the taste of the food and finding roaches in my food was not appetizing. I gave a one star because their was nothing lower.

Horrible food, the pepper steak with out peppers. Egg rolls over fried, and with old taste, twice had a returned and second time the same over fried. Service ladies were nice. They are not the cook, so I don’t want to blame them. I will never order Chinese from this place….

Everything was mid. Starting from when I walked in. The food took a minute but it wasn’t steaming hot as if it were just cooked. My rice had an off taste. For the price and overall experience I wouldn’t return.

Food was made by Spanish people not Chinese people so it doesn’t carry the authentic Chinese fried chicken I’m used to having their chicken is bare and not breaded I couldn’t even eat the rice because it had pork in it, the special rice carries pork for those who don’t eat pork My husband had to fish he said it was nasty, be careful going to that store in the back alot of scetchy people are around their.

I order beef and broccoli, lo mei, special fried rice, chicken wings, and some ribs. When I received the order the beef and broccoli was sad amount of beef. This was 13$ so I called them to tell them what was going on. The lady that took my order number and asked for my phone number, name, and description on the driver that delivery food. After 5 mins another lady called me which I’m guessing was the owner since I really don’t think any one would want to hire this lady called tell me that she packed my order and she added EQUAL amounts of steak to broccoli. We can both see ain’t no EQUAL amounts here. She processed to scream on the top of her lungs that she is here to help customers but she made no mistake this time and I was lying. I asked her if I should send her pictures but she just processed to repeat over and over she made no mistake, not acknowledging me now once after I asked if she needed a picture. I would’ve never taken my time to write this if they just apologize or returned my money but the way they decided to handle the situation got us here.

Service is decent. Have never been offended by staff and have had most special requests fulfilled. The food quality is where they seem to have suffered. The first time I ordered from Chong’s the food was great, unfortunately that first experience has never been repeated. I have had three occasions now where some items like the sweet plantains tend to be overcooked, and the fried rice can’t last more than a couple hours without going bad. I’m talking about mornings where I’ve had to throw out the previous night’s leftovers from the fridge. I would suggest only ordering the portion you’re going to eat in one sitting, but the speed in which it spoils should be telling of the quality coming out of the kitchen.

I don’t eat at many Chinese restaurants but I found this food a little bland. Not too much taste with the fried rice or egg foo young. The staff is wonderful though. Very friendly and hospitable.
