Very unique and interesting flavor, but still delicious! Be prepared for your mouth to tingle and go numb from the spice I enjoyed the vibes here. I got the cold noodles and the noodle soup, both worth a try. Cold noodles taste really good, very rich, creamy and hearty flavor staff is really kind and explain the menu well. I would come back and try other things off the menu too.

Fantastic food at reasonable prices. All the food have great numbing (mala) taste. The chong qing handmade noodles are great. The wontons in spicy noodles were also wonderful.

Came on a saturday (also valentines day) for dinner so it was as packed as you can imagine. There was only one person bussing and waiting tables so service was very slow. It was all worth the wait though!!
We got the spicy and sour dumplings, veggie dumplings, and cold chong qing noodles. Will definitely be back and hope the service is a bit better!

My husband and I drove 3 hours to try this restaurant based off of google reviews and social media influencing. I can’t even wrap my head around how everyone is raving about their Signature Special Cold Noodles, upon one bite my husband and I were left with the most unbareable metallic and salty taste in our mouth. It was an immediate no. It completely ruined our ability to eat anything else that we had ordered. I will not be returning.

I am beyond disappointed. I had been coming here since they first opened. The taste is the same. HOWEVER, their dumplings are basically just skin with no fillings. As a fellow Chinese person, I’m offended this is even called dumpling. I had ravioli with more fillings. When I asked the waiter, she had the audacity to tell me this is how the dish is.
Even if that’s the case, then the skin of the dumplings would be the highlight of the dish. Yet, it’s thick and tough for something costing $12.99. I feel so ripped off. I won’t be returning ever again.

We come here a lot and it’s great every time. The food here is fantastic if you like spicy and numbing. The handmade Chong Qing special noodles are my favorite. The gele mountain fried chicken is one of the best I’ve had, the Dan Dan noodles are delicious, we’ve had several versions of their dumplings and love the spicy and sour ones.
The staff here are very friendly.

Been here since it opened and never disappoints. Love this place. One of the best Szechuan restaurant in the SGV. The flavors for all their dishes are so addicting. We usually get the Biang Biang noodles, sour and spicy noodles, braised beef noodle soup.
The restaurant is in a small plaza with free parking. Very casual, but don’t come for the ambiance, it’s all about the food. Also, I wouldn’t recommend for large groups over six as it is a fairly small place. Other than that, highly recommend.

Really good spot for Sichuan style noodles. Got food from here twice, first time was take out and the second time was dine-in. My favorites so far are the Dan Dan noodles and Biang Biang noodles. It’s a small restaurant but there was a line out the door during dinner time.

I was visiting a friend, and we were both craving spicy noodles. Decided to come here due to the positive reviews.
A fantastic choice for satisfying our cravings. Every dish was flavorful. The service was good, and the price was right.

Really enjoyed this place overall — the handmade noodles and bold flavors definitely make it worth a visit.
We started with the cold pig ear appetizer, which was delicious! It had a nice chewy texture, coated in chili oil with just enough heat and seasoning. A great starter if you like something a little different and flavorful.
The noodle soup with minced pork, bok choy, and fried egg was comforting and hearty. The broth was light but savory, and the hand-pulled noodles had an excellent chewy texture. Everything came together really well and felt freshly made.
We also tried the bean paste noodles, which didn’t quite hit the mark for us. It was much saltier than expected — I was hoping for a bit more of that classic sweet-and-savory balance. The saltiness overpowered the rest of the dish a bit.
Service was friendly, and food came out quickly. Overall, a solid 4-star spot. I’d come back for the soup noodles and appetizers for sure, and I’m curious to explore more of the menu next time.
