I can’t really praise this place enough, but I’ll try. I enjoy writing Google Maps reviews because with every review, I attach a fond memory of a good meal with friends. However, I’m a bit backlogged in reviews, and so I’m starting to forget some of the places I’ve been too. Not this place. I remembered the name instantly, and exactly the food I got because it was so delicious and filling. My friend and I took Spin Scooters here all the way from Hopkins on a freezing January night just to eat here.

I’ve attached pictures of the receipt so you can know what to order (we got lucky numbers too, so that should tell you something). We arrived near closing time, but the guy behind the counter was so nice and friendly, and even let us try a free sample of something because we stuck up some conversation with him.

The nachos were super filling and all the sauces were flavorful as well. The burrito was (obviously) much better than something you’d get at Chipotle — the fillings were even and mixed really nicely. We each got Jarritos flavors that we had never tried before.

Definitely come and try this place, multiple times!

Everything was perfect, the staff is friendly and the cashier made a funny joke. We got the chicken torta, elote, street tacos (chicken, beef, shrimp), and jarritos. The food is very flavorful, even the chicken torta surprisingly. The price point is fair in my opinion. I will be back again.

First time getting food from here along with about 8 coworkers, and man was it good! I had the steak soft tacos with Spanish rice. Fantastic flavor and very fresh! Highly suggest. Can’t wait to try more food for lunch from there. Just wish they had some yellow queso with chips!

Please go here. The food was amazing. The drinks were on point and delicious. The owner was kind and devoutly passionate about her business. The nachos were some of the best I have ever had with it being on my top 5 of all time. The elote was great well above normal (some places skimp on toppings others just don’t have great corn this was better than average)

Taco Tuesday!

So we had
4 taco platters (3 tacos ur choice, 2 sides (rice, black beans or refried beans) w/ two sauces. )
1 street corn
1 burrito
1 chicken quesadilla

Btw us we had fish, chicken, steak, carne asada, and carnitas… the steak was so/so, everything else was yummy but the fish was by far my FAVORITE!

Mom said her chicken burrito was delicious and filling, but a tad spicy.

The boychild who “doesn’t” eat cheese enjoyed his chicken quesadilla and loved dunking it in the sour cream. Lol

The toddler child loved my rice and beans.

The picky teen thought the Elotes was okay !

My only complaint may be that we had to pay for little cups of sour cream.

Overall it was a decent meal. This is my second time trying their food and I would definitely come back!

One of the few times I’ve ever felt like I ate a bad taco. Very little meat, meat was dry and lacking flavor and large onions that were not enjoyable to eat. More onions than meat in each of my tacos. Additionally, I came here because online it said 3.50 tacos and $12 platter. In reality, the tacos are 4.50 each and the platter is an outrageous $16. Pictured below. To say the tacos were worth the over $17 they came out to (without a drink or anything else) would be a lie. I’m still hungry.

Baltimore is definitely not your taco emporium city like what you would get out west, but things are looking better over the last year or so. Cholitas is part of that wave of new taco shops starting to pop up around the city. Definitely over priced for what you get, taco wise, but they are tasty. But I guess if the hipster trendy folks keep paying for it, then why not. I would recommend Cholitas for a fairly authenic take on Mexican tacos in a funky/trendy neighborhood food market/eatery mall.

Best fish tacos I’ve ever had, they are made with fresh rockfish. The sauce makes it perfect.

The first time I ordered the food was pretty good and order was correct. Next two times the order was totally wrong. I couldn’t even eat what did get delivered because the bread for the sandwich was soggy, the burrito was mushy and had an odd taste, and everything was cold. If you do decide to roll the dice with them I would only recommend pickup so you can get them to fix their order.
