We recently tried the newly opened Choice Indian Restaurant, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt warm and welcoming.
We started with Pav Bhaji and a Sandwich for appetizers — both were flavorful and perfectly spiced, with authentic Mumbai-style taste. The Paneer Tikka Masala was rich and creamy, packed with flavor and perfectly paired with their soft, buttery Garlic Naan. The Choice Special Daal was another highlight — comforting, homestyle, and full of depth. The Jeera Rice tied everything together beautifully.
The staff was attentive, the service was quick, and the food portions were generous. Overall, a great new addition to the area for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors. Highly recommend giving it a try!
The menu offered a fantastic selection of dishes, showcasing a variety of regional specialties. I started with the appetizer platter, which included Bhakhri Pizza, Chilli Garlic Pizza, Peri Peri Paneer Tikka, Schezwan Noodles and Pani puri Each item was perfectly cooked, with a delightful crunch and an explosion of flavors. For the main course, we opted for Veg Kolhapuri, Khoya Kaju, Nizami Kofta paired with garlic Naan and Tandoori Roti. All the curry was delicious and creamy, with just the right amount of spice, while the naan was soft and fluffy, perfect for scooping up the delicious sauce.
The service was attentive and knowledgeable, with staff eager to provide recommendations and ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable.
Overall, this Indian restaurant exceeded my expectations with its authentic flavors, inviting atmosphere, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the rich and diverse world of Indian cuisine.
Choice arrives with a lineage, serving as a franchise to a fixture in Ahmedabad, India, for over four decades (since 1979). Menu is a comprehensive celebration of Indian vegetarian street food and classic dishes. From classic Chaats to unique Indian-style Pizzas and Sandwiches, alongside staples like Vada Pav and traditional vegetable entrées featuring Paneer, Palak (spinach), and Chole (chickpea curry), the breadth of the offerings is pretty good.
During my visit, I sampled a few items –
Peri Peri Vada Pav: This was a delightful twist on the classic Maharashtrian street snack, adding a punchy, spicy peri peri kick to the soft pav and flavorful potato fritter.
Chinese Bhel: A perfectly executed Indo-Chinese fusion item, balancing crispy noodles, paneer and vegetables with sweet and tangy sauce.
Grilled Ahmedabad Veg Sandwich: A nod to the restaurant’s roots, this sandwich was hearty and flavorful, showcasing the fresh, layered complexity typical of Western Indian street sandwiches.
Across the board, the food was excellent and staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
It is truly great to have this new “Choice” of Indian vegetarian cuisine close to the Nashua area.
We tried the Aloo Kulcha, Pani Puri, Green Sandwich, Ahmedabad Masala Sandwich, veg. Manchurian, and Vada Pav, every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The authentic taste and quality really stood out.
The owners and staff were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. It’s a homely spot for delicious Indian street food with a great ambience that makes you want to stay and enjoy every bite.
Highly recommend for anyone craving a true taste of Ahmedabad in Boston!
We tried the Nizami Kofta, Dry Fruit Shake, Lachha Paratha, Veg Manchurian, and Junglee Paneer (a bit spicy and huge portions). Every single dish was fantastic. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and beautifully prepared.
The service was excellent too and much better than many other places we’ve tried. A great find for pure veg lovers like us. Highly recommended!
