This taco truck was bomb! Looked like it was just one guy running the whole thing — a true one-man band — and he killed it. Super friendly, hardworking, and made everything fresh to order. The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the wait. You can tell he puts a lot of love into what he does. I’ll 100% be back!
