We were torn where we wanted to eat dinner on our 1st (and only) night at universal before getting on our cruise ship and after talking to friends, they all suggested Chocolate Emporium. Now I 100% recommend! Just from looking at the outside of it, it looks like you are about to step into Willy Wonka crazy factory. Decor 10/10… Staff 10/10… Food 10/10…Ambience 10/10. This place was amazing!!

I highly recommend the Chocolate Emporium in Cleveland, OH for all your chocolate and candy needs. I reached out via email requesting a custom tray of delicious vegan goodies to be delivered to a friend on her birthday. Nathaniel got back to me the same day and helped answer all my questions. I called in and worked with Terry, who was very helpful, to select treats for the custom order. They allowed me to pick whatever items I wanted to add, noting they would adjust quantities based on my overall budget ($40). They delivered a beautiful tray to my friend’s house on a Sunday, free of charge because it was a local delivery. I can’t recommend this shop enough. I’m very happy with my whole experience and was so glad to be able to support a business local to my friend in Cleveland. I plan to place another order to ship to me in NC also.

The different barks and flavors are always a favorite. Best quality fresh chocolate covered strawberries are delicious.
The owner is the sweetest guy, always looking to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He’s reliable and awesome.

THIS IS NOT AS PICTURED, i am giving this a 4 because the associate was very nice and helpful and there still is a decent selection of goodies but i was so excited to see a huge factory and was hoping to get a milkshake and macaroons but those werent here, overall good experience but was very disappointed for it to not be what i was expecting please change the pictures
