Everything was fresh and made perfectly the strawberries, warm waffle bites, chocolate drizzle, and ice cream all hit. Not overly sweet, just the right balance.

I thought this was a typical kind of chocolate shop when I went in. I expected to see a bunch of chocolate covered fruit etc…
But to my delight it was not. I was excited to try middle eastern style desserts and a Dubia chocolate bar. All of which was delicious. I love that they have a sample platter and yummy tea and coffee too.

The worst customer service, and employees are extremely rude , especially female employees who think they’re the most knowledgeable, smart, and respectful. They don’t treat customers equally, and respectfully, especially the female employees they treat female customers like crap, and think that the female customers are personally owe them something which extremely unacceptable. They are located at Delta Shore Sacramento, CA. The location is not big , and they do offer indoors outdoors dining areas, but unfortunately A big ZERO to the hygiene of this location because they don’t care, and don’t take hygiene seriously. The tables, and chairs are sticky, and smell badly including all indoor, and outdoor dining areas are smelly, and dirty. The bathroom was filthy, and out of paper towels, and soap, also the sink was leaking, and still out of order. Oh boy the waiting time is almost an hour which makes you really tired. The prices are skyrocketing for not fresh , and low quality food, and drinks. In addition, they do offer different types of services like dining in , delivery, and to go. But you need to repeat yourself a couple of times in order to get the right order; otherwise you will be handed the wrong order. Yes , they are wheelchair accessible, but inside the store is not big enough to use your accommodations comfortably, also the seats are not comfortable for a physically disabled individual. The parking lot is huge , and you can park your vehicle wherever you want including the handicapped areas, but be careful there are some stray cats while parking your cars you may hurt them. My experience was very unpleasant because they female employees were rude to me, and I waited almost one hour just for cutting strawberries; however, there were 6 to 7 employees. And when finally I got my order , then there was a long hair in my cup. So I tried to call , and ask for explanation, but unfortunately no help, no apologies, and no any assistance. They are not honest, and accusing customers for fault feedbacks instead be honest, and try to help the customer by keeping your location clean, and provide great customer service, also take hygiene seriously. You need to train your employees to respect, behave appropriately it doesn’t cost them anything. I’m not giving them business again, and will never recommend them.

First time coming here. My wife and I wanted to try this place for a while, and I wish we never would have come. The service was ok, but the prices are crazy expensive for what you get. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher and my wife was recommended to try the Cookie Butter both with oat milk that we were never told was $1 extra. Total was $25.72 including $4 dollar tip just for 2 drinks. The shakes were more like diluted ice cream…actually, more like icy oat milk with no taste. The wait to get our drink took like 10-15 minutes for this horrible drink. We were better off going to Cold Stone or Baskin Robbins for a better taste and quality shake, hell…even In-N-Out shake would top this! Save your money people!

My daughter’s and I LOVE the chocolate covered strawberries and their shakes! I always get Kinder or Ferrero Rocher one, daughter gets the Hazelnut one, and other daughter gets chocolate one! If you live chocolate and need to hit the spot, this place is it! Loved it so much I signed up for rewards.

I really wanted to love this place because it has a lot of potential, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The store felt messy, with customer tables left unwiped and display cases that could have been better cleaned and organized. A little extra effort in keeping things tidy would make a huge difference.
That said, the chocolate-covered strawberries were good! We waited about 30 minutes, which felt like a long time for something pre-dipped, but $18 for six wasn’t a bad price. If they could improve the overall presentation and cleanliness, this spot could be great.

Crazy how in one month we can see the effect of inflation. The chocolate they market online looks nothing like the size. A month ago I got their large Knafeh chocolate bar and was so happy as the size was worth it and flavor was great. Today I asked for the same thing, large chocolate bar and was handed this…SO DISAPPOINTED!! I even asked if this was the large before paying and they confirmed. They even tried to charge me for a brownie dessert when I was only getting this. Wow just wow. Going elsewhere now and sharing so no one has to go through this. Seems like they care more about money than customer retention, so disappointing!

We waited 45 minutes for ONE crepe with Nutella on it. The crepe was so hard that the fork couldn’t even stab into it. They had 6-7 people on staff and they were all standing around. All of the orders were so behind that people were going up to ask if that was theirs only to be told it’s the other person who’s also been waiting.
All of that wouldn’t have been so bad if the crepe itself wasn’t so disgusting and made me feel super sick after. I threw it up after
My friend got a Nutella mocha that wasn’t flavored. We also saw other customers ask the workers for more flavor in their mochas.
