My wife and I tried the Red Dragon and Green Turtle sushi plates. Fried dumpling appetizer was a great way to start out our dinner.
Everything was reasonably priced and food came out fast for appetizers and sushi.

Very Quaint Sushi restaurant. I like the small and cozy vibes. Giant maki and dragon eggs were delicious and a new item for me. The service is quick and friendly. Thus far best quality sushi in the area.

Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean. First time order and I don’t see myself going back. The chicken tempura tasted and visually looked like a chicken patty someone microwaved and cut up. We also ordered the spicy veggie crunch roll, don’t recommend there was no crunch it was like eating soggy wasabi breadcrumbs wrapped in rice.
Maybe the fish is better but if you are someone who can’t eat seafood but still enjoys Japanese cuisine I wouldn’t recommend

I live nearby but just noticed this place last night. I went in and ordered the tempura shrimp sushi rolls. When I got home and started eating my eyes rolled back in my head because it was sooo delicious!! Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly with an exceptional mouth feel that put a big smile on my face and my husband’s as he laughed at my pure enjoyment of my meal. Will definitely be coming back. Excellent experience! I also purchased my very own chop sticks that they sell there.

Ingredients are fresh and high quality.
Prices are comparable to any other hibachi in the area.
Big difference is the quality. Meat cuts are whole pieces of chicken breast and New York strip, cooked to order, sliced, and beautifully served. Not chopped up and stir-fried and over cooked.
Clear soup is flavorful, refreshing salad, light and tasty fried rice.
Here is where I can call out the service. I asked to leave egg off of one fried rice via online order. This could not be accommodated and the staff called me several times to ensure that I was able to make other selections. Excellent personal touch to their service that shows they truly care about their customers.

my boyfriend and i love cho! we probably order from here at least once a week. the food quality is consistently excellent, and they have never once messed up our order. while we have only dined in once, the service was pleasant and the atmosphere was friendly. i would definitely recommend paying them a visit! there is a wide variety of rolls to choose from, as well as additional items like katsu and ramen

I love this place! The service was excellent , Wilson did a great job. I had a lot of questions and he answered them well. We started with a fried chicken dumpling. Then on to the sushi. I had the “Green Turtle” which was excellent. I will definitely go back.

Spicy Beef Ramen: The highlight of our experience! Originally made with pork broth, they accommodated my dietary preferences and used beef broth instead, which was fantastic. The spice level was perfect, and I can’t wait to have it again.
Sushi: We tried the Firecracker, Dragon Maki, and Fuji Mountain rolls. All three were delicious, but my personal favorite was the Firecracker.
Service and Environment:
The food was served incredibly fast and fresh. The environment was clean and cozy, making it an excellent spot for a date night. The employees were exceptionally friendly, and even when we faced an issue with our card during payment, they remained hospitable and accommodating.

Looking for delicious ramen in the Shorewood area? Look no further! I ordered the restaurant’s Tonkotsu Ramen and it was amazing. The service was friendly and attentive. I loved the atmosphere in the dining area; the decorations are beautiful. Would dine here again!
