Whether it’s a casual dinner or a special night out, this place never disappoints. You can really taste the care and tradition in every bite. After all these years, it still feels just as special as the first time we came. Highly recommend!
The sushi was great. The sushi chefs take their time preparing your sushi. They have a great selection of rolls from their menu to choose from. Prices are little on the high side but nothing out of the ordinary.
I came around 8:58 p.m. to try this place since I have never been here before so I sat and told the waiter and the guy wo was making sushi that I was taking video for food blog and they said it was ok so I took a video as usual since I do google reviews on a regular basis, then a rude, ugly, and disrespectful female employee (who looked and sounded like either Indian or middle Eastern) who was incharge started interrupting me and harrassing me saying, I couldn’t take a video on people ( when I wasn’t taking videos on people) but instead I was taking a video on food and the place.( I uploaded the exact videos that I have taken). She was also giving me some legal advice like she was a lawyer when she was not. She also accused me of discrimination when she’s the one who discriminated against me by telling the staff not to serve me because I was trying to do a food blog. The police were called and I had to wait till 9:39 p.m. but they never showed up because they’re as useless and as incompitent as the lady employee here who had no common sense.
Everything is made right in front of you and the rolls are some of the best I’ve ever had. Portions very from roll to roll two rolls could be more than enough… then again three or four might be better.
The veggie and avocado roll are my go toos however the veggie roll is pretty big (8-10pcs). The have some killer soy paper based rolls and a ton to choice from.
They have some frozen desserts here including complimentary ice cream for check-ins through yelp.
The parking can fill up fast (but seems to flow smoothly with traffic in and out), but you can find something as close as the IHOP parking lot if the lot is full or street parking is scarce.
