Food was great service was great and environment was nice as well.
Got seated quickly because we had a reservation. Ordered our drinks and they came out in a timely manner. Ordered our main and sides and all came out hot to heat and perfectly cooked. While waiting on our main dish we got bread with a butter that was to die for. After we ate we ordered a desert and it was very good as well. Everything was full of flavor hot to eat and environment was nice and easy to talk in.
You gotta try this place I have to say it’s one of the better places in winder for sure

We chose Chloe’s Steakhouse for what we hoped would be a great final meal of the year on New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just the worst meal of the year, it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

I don’t know who Chloe is, but I would be ashamed to have my name on this restaurant.

We were seated at the smallest table in the restaurant, wedged next to a column with maybe nine inches of clearance between our table and the back of another guest’s chair. Throughout the night, patrons and waitstaff repeatedly squeezed through, dragging themselves across our table. It was cramped, uncomfortable, and frankly disgusting.

It took 10–15 minutes just to be acknowledged by a server. Once service began, it became immediately clear that the staff was severely untrained. We ordered a bottle of wine, and our server did not know how to open it; I had to open it myself. While she was polite and kind, she never once returned to refill water or wine glasses. There was no semblance of proper table or wine service.

The real failure, however, was the food. My wife and I both ordered filet mignon, cooked mid-rare. Hers arrived perfectly cooked and looked great. Mine looked like it came off a Waffle House grill – gray throughout, barely pink in the center, and closer to medium-well than anything resembling mid-rare. After waiting another long stretch just to get our server’s attention, I sent it back.

The replacement was even worse, thinner, more overcooked, and genuinely tough and leathery. At that point, I gave up. If a steakhouse can’t cook a filet correctly twice, there’s no point continuing. I didn’t eat dinner that night.

They did comp the steak itself, but still charged me for the side I ordered (and couldn’t eat), and no manager ever came by to check on the table ;even after two clearly failed entrées. A free dessert was offered, which completely missed the point. I didn’t want dessert. I wanted to leave.

In the end, I paid about $100, roughly $30 for wine and $70 for my wife’s meal, just to sit there and watch her eat while I went hungry. For a New Year’s Eve “steakhouse experience,” this was cheap, crude, lazy, and deeply unprofessional. Whoever is responsible for cooking steaks here has no business working in a kitchen.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone

From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We tried several appetizers, including the crab cakes and chicken lollipops, and both were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The Mezcal Paloma was the perfect cocktail balanced, refreshing, and beautifully made.

For the main course, I had the filet mignon with a Caesar salad, and it was simply incredible tender, juicy steak paired with a fresh, well-seasoned salad.

Overall, the food was phenomenal, and the service was even better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.
100% recommended!

What an experience! We absolutely LOVED Chloe’s! The atmosphere, the food, the staff, everything was wonderful. Perfect for date night or special occasions. Definitely check out the menu before you go, pricing is available. Higher end pricing but it is worth every penny.

My family and I decided to give the new steakhouse in town a try, and I’m glad we did. To cut straight to the point, the service was great and the food was delicious.

My daughter and I both ordered steaks (hers a filet and mine the strip). The temps were nailed perfectly. I was impressed that there was almost no gray band, jusy nice pink almost all the way to the nicely seared top and bottom. The steaks were nicely seasoned, and had nice sears without being burnt. The mashed potatoes were fine, nothing special but not bad.

My wife as the seafood linguine, which had salmon, shrimp and plenty of bay scallops. I tried a bite, and it also great. Very tasty creole seasoning without being too salty. The salmon and shrimp were also nicely cooked. It’s common to get rubbery shrimp in dishes like this, but not here.

We had the chicken lollipops as an app, which were good, and my daughter the creme rules. The only thing underwhelming was the bread.

Overall great dinner, and my wife and I will definitely come back for a date night.

Chloe’s Steakhouse is truly raising the standard of fine dining in the area. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels elegant yet welcoming. The food is simply outstanding every dish we tried was crafted with flavor, quality, and attention to detail.

I highly recommend the salmon and the NY steak both cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. The risotto was another highlight, creamy and absolutely delicious.

Service was attentive, and the overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re in Winder and looking for a top-tier dining experience, this is the place to go.

Tried this place out a few days after opening and it was delicious. Happy to see some higher end dining coming to Winder. Food and service was very good! My one critique is that the menu is very hard to read. The font size and color blend too much and make it hard to see the descriptions of each item on the menu. Otherwise, it was great! We will definitely be back.

We went here for dinner to celebrate our anniversary because cotton calf was fully booked. I was initially a little nervous about going here but I was blown away by the service and the food. The food was absolutely phenomenal and definitely was on par with the food we’ve gotten from cotton calf. Our server Gabby was amazing and went above and beyond to serve us. We will definitely be back and will make sure to request Gabby when we do!

We went to Chloe’s for lunch last week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the hostess that greeted us at the door, to our server (Sol) going above and beyond, to meeting the owners(!), we will definitely return. The prices reflect those of a steak house. We ordered a Chloe burger, and the steak and fries. Both we’re delicious.
Although we don’t drink alcohol, we are excited to watch live bands on the balcony when it gets warmer. (Although, they have outdoor heating if you don’t want to wait).
10 out of 10. Wonderful experience.

We went in just to see if we would like it. Sat at the bar and the menu was full of good choices. Since we were eating light, we opted for clam chowder, beet salad and steamed mussels. I will cover the disappointment first. The clam chowder was good not great. I expected more ingredients. But…. everything else was excellent. The beet salad and burrata cheese was great. My mussels had outstanding flavor, ingredients and were cooked perfectly. Next, cannot say enough about our bartender, Jett. She made our evening with her enthusiastic conversation, professionalism and guidance on the menu items. Stellar job, thanks. We will definitely be coming back. If for no reason other than having a good time at the bar. The team is so much better than the previous group that ran this establishment in my opinion. Thanks again, Jett for a great first experience at Chloe’s.
