Tried Chloe’s for the first time. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple drinks, which were on happy hour special. Kam and Sydney were very nice to talk to and made great wine and food recommendations. I got the steak burger and my wife got steak linguine. Very tasty and nice alternative to Short’s. We’ll definitely go back!

The chophouse is great. Expensive yes, but a good place to go for a romantic dinner or drink. The bread served complimentary before the meal was very crusty/brittle and made a mess. My suggestion is to find a way to bring in some warm, fresh bread. Otherwise a great experience and will be back. I really enjoyed the crab stuffed shrimp appetizer as the spinach greens as a base was really nice and could be eaten as well. It was unique, had never seen that.

We went here for our anniversary. I told them this when I made the reservation, and we told our waitress when we were seated. Now, I see other recent reviews showing others received complimentary dessert for the anniversaries… we did not. That’s disappointing, but the food and service were great anyway.

Amazing food and service. The chicken salad with cherries and goat cheese with walnuts was one of the best salads I have ever had. The steak with baguette was also amazing. We also had the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer which was also excellent. The espresso martini was also amazing. We will definitely be back when we come to Belaire.

We had high hopes but we were seriously disappointed. It was almost 15 minutes after we were seated before anyone came to our table. We tried ordering the Truffle Fries but were told they ran out of fries. Who runs out of fries? We ordered the Ribeye Cap instead. It was nothing but chewy, fatty, and really undercooked. My wife ordered the Steak Linguini with the steak cooked medium. It was closer to medium rare. I ordered the Chicken Piccata and was very disappointed. It was bad but it wasn’t good either. The bread service as they call it was a little ridiculous. They charge an extra $1 per person for bread. My Whiskey Sour was very strong, to the point all I tasted was whiskey. Its unfortunate that the place has what looks like a great menu but the service and food preparation is very poorly executed. We are in the area several times a year and I doubt we’ll give this place another chance.

We were hopeful as we walked in, disappointed as we left. The happy hour is generous and appreciated. The service was good, we enjoyed our server and the timing was right. The issues were the entrees. My rib eye was ordered medium rare and came medium well. It was like leather. The steak was a thin cut, odd for ribeye, and easy to overcook. My wife ordered walleye with what was described as a morel accompaniment “with other mushrooms.” The mushroom medley was all crimini mushrooms, not a sign of a morel. The management tried to make it good on the price, which was appreciated. Still, we paid a hefty price for what we recall was a very “meh” fine dining experience. You can’t just receive a discount for poor food and make an EXPERIENCE good. We spent a precious evening on holiday and a lot of money for a disappointment. Understanding restaurants sometimes don’t get it right, we may try one more time, though we live downstate and our time north is precious and the financial cost high. To try Chloe’s again will feel like an against-the-odds gamble. SAB

We stopped by randomly, for something to eat.

We had a half lobster tail and and beef wellington. It was very good.

Nice menu. Food was very good. We had an issue with my wife’s steak being under cooked, the manager addressed promptly and professionally. Very nice atmosphere. Wait staff was very good. Thank you we will be back.
