Ordered 2 large chicken tortilla soups to go. This is how much chicken came in each one. I was so mad when I got home, my boyfriend wouldn’t let me drive back to get it made right. The guy who poured the soup should have known better than to just give broth & wonder if it wasn’t done properly hoping we wouldn’t come back. Next time, I’ll be checking everything before I leave.

We walked in and wanted a table for 2, the hostess asked us if we would just rather sit in the bar. We didnt really want to, but we did. We ordered our food and asked for no guac on our nachos. The waitress said there’s only sauce. We thought this meant only salsa, but it meant only avocado sauce. Allergies to avocado meant we had to send it back to get it remade without avocado sauce. She said she thought she told us that but it was clear we both misunderstood each other. She had to ask the manager if she could take it back. Maybe managers are hypercritical, but we thought that was extreme. She left the food there while she got approval. They did take it back and re-served without avocado sauce. We asked the hosts for a knife as they were rolling silverware and they told us we would have to ask our waitress. Our waitress was just busy she was making drinks and serving food. Experience was fine, we tipped and went on our way, it just seemed like we were inconveniencing the staff over seemingly simple requests.

I’m am usually a fan of tres leches cake, and this one was a bit dry and lacked the signature milky texture. It seemed like it may have been ordered from somewhere else, so I understand.
Still, big thanks to our lovely waitress for the great service and to the chef who prepped the delish food .

I came here with a friend and was served two baskets of chips and before discovering a chip that was covered in mold. After checking, we noticed other moldy chips. I showed the manager, who gave a brief “sorry” and said they’d check the chips, but gave us a full-price bill not even 15 seconds later. Really disappointing experience — food safety should be taken seriously.

I’m from Cali. I’m just not used to texmex. So I’m looking for some athletic Mexican food in Texas and have been looking for a restaurant that can provide to no prevail. If a man or woman came to west Texas and made true Mexican food I think they would slaughter it. Homemade flour tortillas, chicken mole, Diablo shrimp etc. Real Chili Relleno. Rice was a little under cooked the beans went bad as well. The caso didn’t really have any flavor so we added salt and pepper. The salsa was good an spicy but no flavor. Maybe we came on an off day. I’ll come back one more time.

Service was lacking had to find servers and ask who’s waiting our table….waiter only came by table one time at check out was the worst…asked a services why my invoices had different amounts and my actual server was pissy rolling his eyes due to fact I’m asking about the differences…and as I’m trying to add a tip this obnoxious rude lil man snatches receipts out of my hand demanding I leave I snatched it back and took back my tip he threatened to call police and followed me outside trying to prevent me from leaving claiming I was the rude one ….how when he only came to table once….this reflects poorly on this establishment and intend to share this uncalled experience he even tried grabbing my name tag as I had just left work and just wanted a meal and drink to relax never again going back. this waiter needs to learn the language of this country or go home…THE MEAL was mediocre the drink way to strong to drink. Asked for water got tap water which in this town is disgusting claimed it was RO doubt it . Never again I deserve a full refund for this horrific experience. I’m offen asked where are good eateries this establishment won’t receive that referral and that particular waiter ruined any referals this place could recieve with minor tweets.

Ive been coming here and eating lunch for … it seems like a decade now. Their winning formula still stands- great food, great atmosphere, great staff.
I usually just grab a plate at the bar. The bartenders like always are really professional, quick, and good looking.
I recommend for lunch without question. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten here after 5pm so I cannot review their dinner scene. I might try it sometime and edit this review to include it.
Try them. You will like it! Excellent enchiladas and chicken tacos!

Food came out in an insanely quick amount of time (about 5 minutes). The food was decent, but the serving size was definitely a plus. I ordered the taco meal and it was alright, not something that I would recommended nor order again. The guacamole was my favorite thing out of everything that we ordered. Overall, probably would not go back.

I am so glad they fixed both their waiter/waitress and cook problems. The food, Asado and Green enchilada plate, came out hot and delicious. The waitress was absolutely delightful, professional and courteous. The atmosphere welcoming, clean and modern. I would recommend all family groups from couple to larger parties. Thank you to the management for turning this restaurant around from slow and mediocre service to fast and professional.
