The updated menu is clutch with lots of favorite options. The baby corn tacos (street tacos) are a great value and the fish taco has fresh grilled fish, not lazy frozen breaded fish. Salsa bar is also on point, the avocado one is the best in town.

Quick service and food was great! The Pico salsa was too salty for my liking. Prices are reasonable for downtown.

Nothing but good things to say about this unpretentious taqueria. Had a fish taco and two “baby tacos” (Street tacos, both chicken). The Tomatillo Habanero salsa (rated XX Hot) spared me; I indulged within reason. The Avocado Sauce (hot) was delicious on the fish taco, and the standard Salsa Fresca was fine. Baby tacos were just under $3, the fish one just under $4. Serve yourself napkins and utensils. Great place.

First of all, this was an Uber order so don’t know what it’s like inside. But, the carne asada burrito was inedible. I have literally never had worse in the entire state of California. The carne tasted like the meat had gone bad. I had one bite and could tell it was off. I tried another piece of meat and same taste. Even the tortilla was bad..?! The chicken nachos had very few chips, way too many beans, and the smallest container of salsa was provided on the side. AND, they forgot my churros in the order but charged me for them. Luckily, UberEats refunded that. Be careful here, folks.

Got a super burrito Al pastor. Was small and barely any meat in there. Tasted nothing like Al pastor. Just a bunch of rice and beans. Barely any guacamole or sour cream. Don’t waste your time here. Very disappointed and I’m wondering how it’s 4.4 stars. So many better Mexican food restaurants around.

Great authentic Mexican food at great prices. Restaurant is small and parking can be a pain but neither of those things take away from how good the food is. Try the Chita Fries with your favorite protein.
