This is one of the best pizzas in the county! Their toppings and cheese are super fresh, guaranteed, and the thin crust is so delicious and has like a crispy end at each bite which I loved!

The place is pretty cozy and the kitchen smells heavenly. They freshly make the pizza dough which is really great compared to pre-made crusts or dough. They also have Hershey’s Ice Cream other than pizza, hoagies, salads, chips, etc.

We ordered in person to take out, and they were pretty busy. We had to wait 30 minutes but let me tell you, it was worth it! I’d love to try their other menu items!

We got the vegetarian Greek Pizza with white sauce. It was delicious. We loved the thin crust with their homemade pizza dough. The service was great; the young girl who made our pizza and delivered it to our table was very friendly. We ate in the back library/reading room. This pizzeria is a hidden gem in a little plaza. The pizzeria may be a little humble in appearance, but the service and food are fantastic.

Their pizza by the slice really hit the spot after skiing. I love thin crust pizza and it was easy to eat 3 slices and then order 2 more. They were addicting! A welcome change of pace from crowded ski resort dining. The option to order individual slices with customized toppings, the quick service, and the ability to dine in made it especially convenient. They also have other items on the menu including vegetarian options. I’m happy I’ve found my go-to pizzeria for when I’m done skiing at Wintergreen!

Ordered pizza and got home only to open the box and find mold on the crust. Called the shop and I was told “ain’t no way”.

The food was extremely mediocre. The pizza itself was edible, but the pizza bread was very strange and not enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Also, be sure to check your charges. I was charged about $30 more than expected for food and delivery. When I contacted the restaurant, they were not helpful in resolving the issue.

This is a cozy, down home chill spot with a lending library, really friendly staff, and -importantly- is one of the few restaurants within a thirty minute drive of Wintergreen. Plus there’s an IGA next door where you can stock up on essentials. But the pizza sucks, y’all. Like really sucks. They make a point to compare it to NY pizza, but the only characteristic it shares with NY Pizza is that it’s flat. It’s like a buttered saltine with some stuff on it. Here’s a picture of my leftovers.

Their hot subs are very good. But the veggie pizza I got there two weeks ago was, literally, the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten – and I’ve eaten pizza all over the country. I ordered it with extra veggies. The texture was like they had been put in a blender (I couldn’t identify what veggies were on it) – and it had no “pizza” flavor whatsoever. The crust was somehow hard and under cooked at the same time. It cost $25.00 and I ate one piece, I couldn’t stomach any more of it.
I don’t like leaving such a bad review for a place that’s been in business for as long as they have, but I don’t know how they’ve done it. I’ve never “liked” their pizza, but it’s been tolerable if I was really hungry & didn’t want to drive to another city to get a pizza – so I’ve only ordered subs for a long time. I won’t make this mistake again

Food’s good. Service is ok.

BUT, honestly Chirios Pizza has to be one of the most unsanitary looking and feeling food establishments I have ever been in. The absence of cleanliness everywhere is apparent the moment you walk in the door. Didn’t see any Nelson County Heath Dept info posted, but I will NEVER eat there again. I am considering reporting them for health violations as well.

Not great, taste ok, rude old lady and made me throw up later after eating. Should have gotten a trusted frozen brand. Home Run inn is a good one.

A great little spot to pick up a slice or sandwich or ice cream! Although the pizza is okay, the sandwiches are always amazing. And for what you get vs. what you pay, you can’t go wrong! Try a bone crusher! Delicious! The ice cream is top notch, and the people working behind the counter are top notch as well!
