Formerly Rosita’s Restaurant in Barstow, CA started in 1954. An opportunity arose and we sold the 15,000 square foot property and closed up in 2021. After a couple years break fourth generation owner decided to start up Rosita’s as Chiquita Rosita’s, because it’s small hehe. We are elated to be back in our community in a smaller location and look forward to serve our multi-generational customers, travelers, and new faces. Chiquita Rosita’s takes great pride in our recipes, service, and atmosphere. Mí restaurante, es su restaurante.

It is family owned and operated bin in business for 71 years and their homemade recipes are amazing I love the cheese and onion enchilada and their chicken taco was amazing!
I certainly will eat here again by be aware it closes at 7pm.
Top notch margaritas ✅
Incredible food ✅
Outstanding service ✅
Overall, we could not have had a better time. The service we received was essentially sunshine in human form, and that feeling of sunshine could be tasted in the food. Job well done!
Walked in, and greeted by the workers. I believe it’s a family owned business, they were all so attentive and kind. Bathroom was pretty clean too (which is important to me when on a roadtrip lol).
Menu was great, it truly is a Mexican American mix. Portions and prices were reasonable. It’s a bit cramped in there but it wasn’t a problem to us.
Give it a shot!
They are very GF considerate and they were able to get all of us something to make our bellies full.
I would recommend anytime if you are traveling through Barstow.
Its a little off the Interstate, but well worth the trip if you need a friendly GF experience.
No photos becuase food was too tasty to resist.
I personally ate a Relleno burger which was excellent (I can eat gluten).
Best in town!
