I’ve been to this Chipotle a few times, and the service has always been amazing. The staff is usually very nice. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience a day ago. I placed an online order for a bowl with 10 ingredients total, and when I got home, I noticed that 5 ingredients were missing. I drove back to the restaurant and politely let a staff member know about the issue. They informed a coworker, who appeared frustrated and upset with them. The coworker appeared more frustrated while remaking the bowl. I thanked her and she didn’t acknowledge me, placed the order on the table I was standing at, and walked away. While I understand that the restaurant can get busy and overwhelming, (since it was during lunch hour) the way this situation was handled felt rude and disappointing compared to my previous experiences. This visit wasn’t great and I hope it was just a one time issue.

Came in at 9pm and the restaurant was clean, staff were super friendly, Lindsey was working when we were there and she was also extremely helpful and kind. The food is always delicious and fresh when we’ve gone there too! Highly recommend this location

Short overweight hispanic girl was rude and tried to charge 10$ for kids meal . Because I ask for a side of salsa and a side of corn. She said they start charging sides on kids meal mind I go 2-3 a week on my lunch break never had this problem plus online it says 2 extra sides. They screwed up my order. I asked for no beans on my burrito and was very disappointed when I got back to work to find black beans in my burrito. I reached out to the restaurant through the app and was offered a free drink as compensation. Will not be returning to this location.

We ordered on line to pick up, we were early and waited for our food, but it was still cold, rice was under cooked, it was thrown together and awful. Some of the meat was chewy and hard. Pay too much for this! We used to eat here now and then, but probable not coming back!

Over all the foods good but if u like a lettuce bowl then this is the place! I had to pull of big hand fulls of lettuce off my burrito bowl in order to get to the actual bowl I normally like chipotle and haven’t had many issues but nobody wants that much lettuce unless specified ♀️
