I had a real good time here. I just had an interview it went real good. and if anybody wants to know they’re hiring.. at this location in airway heights. The interview went good she said she was conducting more interviews and would let me know at the end of the week if I got the job.. oh the carne asada it was good. I would recommend it. They have good flavor.

Smaller location but we’ll kept, enough room to dine in. My burrito though was awful. I had multiple pieces of minced chicken. The rice was crunchy, you really have to mess up rice to make it crunchy. The salsa was pretty good. I have no plans to go back, will drive further and hit other locations

My favorite chipotle location. Service is always good, I do drive thru pickup and it’s been great every time. My order is always correct, the food is delicious, and the portions are perfect.

Had a really bad experience here. Was quoted by an employee a certain price for an add on, then a manager came in (Carmen) and interjected at the register, negating that price and told me it was triple the add on price I was quoted. When I mentioned that she should honor what i was quoted as a one time courtesy as good measure to retain my family’s business she asked me, “so you don’t want it now?” And I answered that, yes, I’ll still take it but just as a good manager you should give it to me for the original price quoted and then I’ll know for next time that its not the regular cost, but it would be good for business. She, again asked me if I still wanted it. With a plain, blank stare. It was not a very good way to earn business, nor very managerial. She said she was the GM which surprised me and my husband that Chipotle would like that kind of customer service for their company. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to that store.

Went to this location for the 1st time and oh my gosh…I will not be returning. They were short staffed and we waited a good 10 minutes in line which was ok, however during that 10 mins we watched the line cook slick his hair back into a ponytail on the line, not wash his hands, put gloves on and THEN CUT CHICKEN, and while cutting the chicken he put a few pieces of chicken in his mouth. When we got to the front of the line we were told its a 25 min for rice…we did not stay to eat.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE and several health violations!!! Sour creams and straws were completely out through the whole store. Carnitas was several days old and hard bricks to chew. The rice, corn, and guacamole had no onion, seasoning, or ingredients just straight plain rice etc. the cleanliness was horrific, food on the floor counters and everywhere through the location. There was spilt drink in the silverware container and no fresh clean utensils even behind the counter. We watched a worked drop food on the floor pick it up put it in the bowl and SERVE it back to us!!!!!! Keep in mind I am one who loves chipotle for their cleanliness care and staff experience!

I came into this Chipotle location around 8:30 PM, well before closing at 11, and was really disappointed with the quality of the food the chairs were already stacked up so no one could sit inside. The rice wasn’t seasoned at all—just plain white rice. The corn didn’t have the additional ingredients it was just corn, the pico was just diced tomatoes, and overall the food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours which gave it a bad after taste. It felt like they had already checked out for the night, even though they were still open. I’ve had good experiences at other Chipotle locations, but this visit was a letdown.

I went there for lunch. They had zero brown rice zero black beans and zero fajita veggies. The girl making burritos was explaining to me that they just got done with lunch rush but yet they had lots of chicken, steak and Sofrito’s. She just stood there looking at me like I was inconveniencing her, spoke to the manager and told her I understand you guys got done with the lunch rush, but nobody noticed that you were low on all these items and didn’t realize it? she said well it will be 10 or more minutes until those items will be ready. I said well I don’t have that kind of time I need to get going. Is there any way I can get a voucher for a free meal since there is none of the items that I want other than chicken that’s already prepared. She said no all the employees working there are early 20s and have zero customer service experience and think that a civil conversation with some constructive criticism is being hostile so I was asked to leave, and as I was leaving, they were all smiling just the most completely unprofessional place I have been to in the last 10 years. that’s what happens these days with this new generation zero work ethic and poor mannersI got online and got the customer service number spoke to somebody and they’re supposed to be contacting me to further talk to me about this experience and I can’t wait. Even though I never got my meal the food is always a 4.

Best experience at a Chipotle in Washington that I’ve had so far! There was plenty of parking, a drive thru available, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, plenty of seating available and from waiting to ordering was pretty efficient. The staff was friendly and loaded our meals and the food itself was tasty! I love that there are gluten-free items available. Overall, it was a great experience!
