This is not my usual chipotle location, and will certainly be my last visit here. I got a burrito. All portions were half size, including rice, beans, meat, etc. The same person made the bowl for the person in front of me and the bowl looked normal. Im guessing the employee is just scared to roll a big burrito. The end result was a burrito about half the size of my usual location. When i got home and began eating it, all i could taste were the beans. The inside of the burrito was mostly liquid. Just the worst chipotle i think ive ever had. Also many ingredients on make line were low or out. Its been several months since ive visited this location and had a poor experience then too. Never again. This location won’t last long.

Ordered the Barbacoa burrito and it was amazing. I always enjoy going to this location. It is out of my way, but was well worth the trip. The employee washed their hands and used fresh gloves. This place even had all of their ingredients available.

Went to get my useral and couldn’t because there was a ton of cheese in the guacamole. I asked for guacamole that didn’t have cheese in it and he just scooped on the side and there was still cheese in it. The whole top of the guacamole was thickly covered with cheese. I meant a batch without cheese in it, not a side scoop with what I’m allergic to in it. The guy was rude so I left. You lost the food in the dish and the sale plus I was a regular buying at this location almost daily for 6 months. You do the math. Won’t be back to Chipotle again. This was the only location I liked until now

Service was great, fast and didn’t mess anything up and was friendly. The food was good, nothing stood out but was defiantly worth the price. Only Real gripe is that they didn’t add much rice to my burrito. Will definitely be back here again for a quick lunch.

Went to go get dinner to go. The young, inexperienced kid decided to be in a rush and not ask for help on how to make a burrito properly.
He put half a scoop of each items my husband said he liked which would barely be enough to feed a person. Then proceeded to struggle miserably with folding the tortilla shell to the point he was smashing it into a ball over, and over!!
Then after failing, tried to smashing it even more in his hands as if he was making a meatball. Out of disgust, my husband said just put it in a bowl. He barely did that. I almost didn’t even want to make my order after the poor service at this Newport Hwy location. He’s lucky I don’t have a name as well to report the poor service!

I was in the line for the drive through for 30 minutes and there was only one car in front of me, there should be no reason way it is taking 30 minutes or more for a drive through. This is absolutely ridiculous

When I moved from Cali to Spokane in 2019 I was happy to know there is a Chipotle here. Happiness ended there. You see friends, Chipotle’s in other states are very generous with their portions, but THIS location is super stingy. I order from the app with only 3 things in my hard taco (or bowl) — white rice, chicken, and cheese. I drive there, pick it up, hoping to have a better experience from the last order. I get home, open my bowl, and I see that there is barely anything in there. Chipotle keeps giving me diet portions!

The only chipotle I will go to! They are the nicest people who work there. They’re quick and always have all options available. Portions are always good and the food is always perfect both when I go inside or order online. I’m never disappointed with this location!

Oh wow. Where to even start. This is going to be a mixed review, some good, some bad. We started by trying to order on the app …that was a nightmare. After spending all that time the order wouldn’t go through. So since it was a large order I tried calling the store. Holy guacamole. Not even possible to get through to a person. So then we decided to just goin and place our large order in person. The person that took our order and made our food was knowledgeable and helpful and efficient. Then the cashier was new and tried soooo hard but kept getting confused. It was his third day and no one was even helping him. He couldn’t get our order rung up correctly without them communicating to him and the line was long. After I got my receipt I was over charged by more than $20. So I asked for a manager. A very snippy and busy young lady informed me that I could wait about 15 minutes for the manager to get back from her break if I wanted a refund. …..
I waited. Very frustrating.
The food: good salad although there was grass in it. Maybe Chipotle doesn’t use grassfed beef but they have grass fed customers! The salsa and rice had so much salt. We couldn’t eat the salsa. And see the pictures of the “large” bags of chips….. Not very large. The burritos were very substantial and yummy. Some of us had to save half for leftovers they were so big!
Overall not a great experience. I feel like with how hard I had to work to get this meal I might as well have just stayed home and cooked!
Final note: when the manager did finally return she was very apologetic and refunded the errors plus an extra meal. She said they should have gotten her and she’d talk to them.

I have eaten at chipotle for years now. I’ve eaten at several different ones and in other states such as California. I have never had so little in my bowl like I did yesterday. BOTH of the bowls we received had portions that were so small it filled half of our plates. My husband and I were shocked and disappointed. We were happy to see a chipotle opening up closer to our home and work. However, the other chipotle in downtown Spokane is like other normal chipotle’s with normal portion sizes. I am not sure why this newly opened chipotle had such small portions. Not a good way to open up, in my opinion. We won’t be visiting this chipotle again. It is well worth going to the other chipotle downtown.
