I just came through. I made a Mobile pick up order. I ordered quesadillas with chips. When I got to the window, they said I could call for a refund because they didn’t have chips. But didn’t offer a refund .They gave hardly any rice at all. The two ladies, one that was older, and then a younger teenager were awfully rude. I tipped them on the app and they did not deserve it . This was the worst experience iv had and I would not recommend. Not to mention the food was cold

You might want to make sure your POISON (what is this, a RAT TRAP?) is not in plain sight where my TODDLER can run and touch it!!! Right next to the outdoor eating area. Absolutely disgusting and awful.

My first time ever having chipotle. I placed an order online and said it was ready at 7:30. I arrive at the drive thru at 7:25. I end up waiting in drive thru til 8:15 to get my food. Food was disgusting. My steak was gummy and wayyy salty. The queso tasted like pure milk. I had to toss almost all of the steak because it was so rubbery. I’m giving this place. 2/10 because I liked the chips.

My favorite place to eat. The food is great. The staff is hit and miss. I watched a short young girl with a nose ring hitting another employee in the legs with a broom while he temped the foods because she was too impatient to get out of the way for 30 seconds. Tables are occasionally dirty but other than that it is usually clean and a pleasant place to eat.

This is my go to chipotle in Spokane. Tried all the other ones and this one is by far the most consistent in regards to quality. A lot of times Caleb is the one making the burritos and his customer service is top notch.

When I moved from Cali to Spokane in 2019 I was happy to know there is a Chipotle here. Happiness ended there. You see friends, Chipotle’s in other states are very generous with their portions, but THIS location is super stingy. I order from the app with only 3 things in my hard taco (or bowl) — white rice, chicken, and cheese. I drive there, pick it up, hoping to have a better experience from the last order. I get home, open my bowl, and I see that there is barely anything in there. Chipotle keeps giving me diet portions!

I ordered a steak burrito through uber eats. What I got was a $12 rice wrap. I was literally just getting nothing but rice in several bites. I’m sure if you order in person you wouldn’t get this problem.

I have eaten at chipotle for years now. I’ve eaten at several different ones and in other states such as California. I have never had so little in my bowl like I did yesterday. BOTH of the bowls we received had portions that were so small it filled half of our plates. My husband and I were shocked and disappointed. We were happy to see a chipotle opening up closer to our home and work. However, the other chipotle in downtown Spokane is like other normal chipotle’s with normal portion sizes. I am not sure why this newly opened chipotle had such small portions. Not a good way to open up, in my opinion. We won’t be visiting this chipotle again. It is well worth going to the other chipotle downtown.
