My burrito bowls were cold and the meat was SUPER dried out. The crew member was also super distracted by a friend/co-worker that was in line and talking to everyone behind the counter about…. well, nothing. Very poor experience tonight. I used to love this location. But, I’ll drive further to a different store next time. Sorry, guys. You lost me here.

Your employee, Izzy and the redheaded one that’s pregnant should learn how to speak properly to customers . Their rudeness is why I will never return again to your establishment. Come on 25 minute wait on To go order ticket, to be told we are understaffed and you the customer will have to wait longer because we are understaffed when there’s four of them doing nothing of any significant value one sticker at a time mentality. The redheaded pregnant girl has such a bad attitude and demeanor. She’s gonna get you guys sued one day.

We ordered takeout and ate at home. The food was decent. We had a kids’ meal with a carne asada quesadilla, rice, bean, chips, and juice. Also, a carnitas burritos and a burrito bowl. Lastly, we had some chips and queso. The kids’ meal quesadilla had a really good flavor. The beans were really dry, though. The burrito was huge and tasted good, too. The bowl was also good and was filling. I had two meals from it, not too much meat, though, but lots of rice and beans. What brought it a star down was the queso and chips and dry beans. The chips were very salty on some bites. The queso tasted kind good but had like little lumps or grittiness like flour or something. But after that, I’d give them a try again. The flavors were good and they were fast.

I’m glad im not the only one noticing a decline at this Chipotle location. Even visiting an hour after opening, the rice was clumpy and looked cold, and the veggies appeared reheated from the day before, queso looked cold and clumpy on the top. When I asked if the queso was cold the employee advised “they reheat well at home too”. When I asked about fresh items, I was rushed to order. I chose Chipotle for its fresh ingredients, but the quality and customer service have gone downhill since they opened.”

This establishment is one of the most wildly inconsistent places I have ever been to. It’s the type of place where you need to ask for the work schedule to know if you’re going to get a good meal or not. One time, the food is great and prepared to reasonable expectations. The next time, all the meat is in one end of the burrito, the outside of the burrito is covered in guacamole and sour cream, and the $3+ double protein order has the same amount as the single. Save yourself the hassle and go to Atilano’s.

I stopped by for a burrito bowl today for lunch was meet by the most rudest entitled employee. the pregnant one with red hair, stuck a gigantic ice cube of green salsa on top of my bowl and when I asked why it looked like it was frozen she gave me nothing but attitude I Had her take it off against her wishes but she still gave major attitude and then when I sat down, I swore I saw her stick her finger in the guacamole and lick it off . Never once did she ever wash her hands between jobs or licking the guacamole off her finger.

Be careful going to this one they charge more than all the other ones. They up charge me every time I buy here for a dollar more than the other sites for the same exact thing. It’s 15 something at this store and at the store at the y 14.89 and if you go to the store on the lower side of division it’s only 14.51. don’t be fooled each Chipotle has different prices. Yet when you speak to their manager they say that all of them have the same price. That’s a lie

Now this place was yum. loved the food. my very first time going I was rushed to the point I got too anxious to properly get my words out because the employee was asking things way too fast, I couldn’t understand what he was saying, so I just picked what I could. besides that my bowl was filled to the brim (which I didn’t really even mean) and it was hella delicious.
