I love chipotle. When they actually have food. Apparently, management cannot wrap their head around ordering the right amount of product for demand. Anytime I order delivery or pick up I’m worried whether or not I’ll actually end up with what I ordered. In fact, one time I ordered three veggie tacos with guac. To which, I received guac in a bowl. Because they were out of tortillas, veggies, etc. Literally, Guac. In. A. Bowl.

Wow. Just abysmal. Not only is the service incredibly slow, like laughably slow, but they are rude too. It took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready and there was no one in the store. Do not come here. Inside there are ants crawling and on the food, there is hair. My friend had a terrible experience here as well; they said that there was mold in their gauc.

I will be reaching out to food inspection with a complaint because this is unbelievable. Management, too, is complacent in running a clown store. Bad food. Ever worse service. And just horrible, unsanitary conditions for food to be cooked and prepared in.

If you’re from out of town, think again before coming here. For your own good. I, for one, will never be back and will be warning my friends and family to steer clear of this hell hole.

I appreciate Chipotle. It’s usually dependable. This location needs some training and quality control. It was messy, unstocked, kind of slackers. I thought the ratings were maybe too critical, but no, trust the ratings average in this case.

Out of my first choice for protein.

Building and rolling a burrito is an art. Usually Chipotle folks do it with great skill. Not at this location in my experience. Then, they put so much onto my burrito that by the end, they couldn’t roll it into a burrito, but that didn’t stop them from mushing it together and rolling the foil around it which wasn’t a burrito at all…then it was so gigantic they asked me if I had ordered the double protein, but no, just a protein that was my 3rd choice.

The napkin area wasn’t stocked, I was on the road, I needed a few carry out things which were not available. This obviously wasn’t a sealed rolled up burrito – how would I eat it even? It was as bad as I expected but I was tired and needed to get on to business with my trip, no time to dawdle.

Ordered to pick up in their lobby. Order pick up time was 6pm. The pickup station is being used to hold the employees notebooks, drinks, and jackets but not pickup orders? I had to wait through the 15 customer line to get to the checkout to ask where my order was. By the time I picked up it was about 6:30 and my food was cold. Turns out they were keeping it in the drive through although my order told me to come inside and pick up. When I asked for my food they gave it to me and turned around without another word. Won’t be coming here again. Taco bell has better service and is clear with pickup directions….

DO NOT EAT HERE! Tried this location for the first time and have been violently destroying my toilet 48 hours after my meal. Have dealt with the worst stomach pains of my life. I never ever review, but want to save anyone else from this god awful experience. Didn’t even order the lettuce in my bowl to hopefully avoid food poisoning, but that clearly did not help.

With this chipotle you have two options 1) go in person where they only have chicken and rice in stock or 2) mobile order and have missing items/poor food quality. Truly one of the worst chipotles I have ever been too. However, I’m forced to come back because they’re the only one in the area. If you cannot hold yourself to a single standard don’t both staying open.

Let me start by saying that I do not leave reviews often. That being said, I cant recommend staying away from this place enough. I typically dont have stomach problems, but this is the third time I have had stomach issues after eating at this location. I got a bowl delivered and while the food was cold, i ate it anyway because I didnt care to return it. I got the carne asada which, as beef, should be safe regardless of how its cooked. Not the case any of the times I have been. I will not be buying from them again. Clearly the food is not being handled properly and the health department needs to look into this place. If i could give less than 1 star I would

I had such a poor experience with one of the managers here today. I asked for a side of cilantro and he told me no because “it’s not washed.” I used to work at chipotle I know that the cilantro comes in a bag and is not ever washed before mixing into any of the salsas. I have went to plenty of Chipotles and I’ve always gotten a side of cilantro bo issue. I believe he did this because he was already giving me an attitude because I told him he could have used more than one coupon on the app.I was right that he was able to use more than one and he was like “oh maybe it just for the BOGO entrees.” Please educate your employees as a manger you should be the most knowledgeable person and as a former Chipotle employee I knew more than him. I don’t recommend this store at all. The rest of the employees looked so defeated and shock their heads to their manager’s response to me and that is just disappointing.

Good luck getting what you want, they will probably be out of it. I’ve never seen more than half a scoop of fajita veggies on the line.

Apparently management has prioritized all mobile orders instead of people actually in store. Was told it was an hour wait for Chicken in person as a full grill of chicken was being pulled for the mobile order line

Store was nearly empty, and the employee at the counter made me feel rushed through ordering. He skimped me on my meat, so I asked for a little more. He adds maybe a third of a scoop little and CHARGES ME FOR DOUBLE MEAT. 20 dollars for a chipotle bowl. Because of this experience at this location I will no longer be giving my business to any chipotle locations, let alone this one.
