I’d give negative stars if I could. Not many things piss me off to the point of having to leave a review.
I put an online order in specifically asking for extra rice and NO beans (allergy). I went to go pickup my order thru the digital pickup lane and once I got my food and said thank you, the girl at the window turned around and said nothing back. (Should’ve known it was going to suck based on that interaction.) I get all the way home to find out they gave me almost no rice, barely any chicken and gave me DOUBLE BEANS. You’re lucky I saw them before I ate half the bowl, you could’ve easily killed me with that. It’s unacceptable. Picture for reference for how many beans they put in my bowl after I tried scooping them all out to see what they did.

Every time I get a burrito the steak is so over salted it’s practically inedible. I went here super frequently when it first opened so much that I earned enough points to earn free meals and merchandise through points. Now I rarely eat here. Occasionally I’ll order again to see if anything has changed but every time it’s so over salted I can barely eat half. I also started getting light rice because there was so much cilantro I was picking whole pieces out of my teeth. I never write reviews but I’m hoping maybe someone will do something.

Let me start by making it clear that I love chipotle. I am from tri cities and have never had an issue at chipotle until I moved here. I genuinely have never had chicken that I would even consider decent at the moses lake chipotle. The rice, it’s decent but I’ve definitely had better. It’s disappointing.

I just want to say that everytime I have gone I have always appreciated the workers kindness and care. We went tonight and they were so kind and helpful. I have always had a great experience going in at night. Thank you! Yall work hard and are consistent with the food quality and service ❤️

Food was decent, but the servers were way too rushed. My biggest complaint was that they didn’t tell me that by selecting 3 different types of meat for my tacos that it would increase my bill by around $4. That’s a lot for fast food.

I can’t begin to explain how terrible these tacos are. They look like trash, they don’t give you hardly any fillers. Screw this place, there are literally 20 taco stands in town that are far superior. I would like nothing more than to see these d-bags shut down for good. And chipotle used to be good! Now worse than TACO BELL

First time trying Chipotle, The workers here work very fast, they are very friendly and efficient. Got burritos and burrito bowl it was Super tasty I was happy. I had a wonderful time and an affordable meal with friends.

Chips were inedible when purchased August 8th at 5pm. They were not only incredibly salty but undercooked. Every chip I attempted to eat was chewy and not hard. Disgusting. I love chipotle so this was disappointing to me.
