I ordered a burrito with carnitas, black beans and brown rice.
The pork tasted okay.
Both the beans and the rice were absolutely flavorless.
Guacamole was okay. Pico se gallo lacked flavor. And I asked for the hottest salsa, they’ve got, which was not hot, or flavorful.
I also ordered chips and salsa. And maybe the chips were cooked fresh on the day that I ordered them.But they taste it like they were made from two week old store bought tortillas. And this also was not very good.
My son ordered a bowl. Besides the lettuce on top, I did not see what he ordered. But since he didn’t finish his either, I assumed it tasted as bad as mine did
Well, I always wondered what chipotle tasted like, and now I know. The food here tastes a fraction of a percentage better than taco bell. The customers here seem snotty and snobby, and I think that rubs off on the employees

Not a great experience. When told they were out of iced tea at 1:30pm was told they didn’t make more after they run out… ! And two options on the drink dispenser are also out of service.
Charged my wife for a barbacoa bowl when all she had was veggies.
Just an odd experience overall.
At the very least, they should keep drink options available. Occasional order mistakes do happen.

I just took me and my husbands bowls this time because I didn’t want to be rude and not pay but I think this will be the last time getting chipotle, at least here at this location. Every time the bowls get smaller and smaller , at one point I actually started laughing and asked if I can have more than 5 pieces of cheese …. And then they give you one spoon of guacamole for 3$ I ate the bowl and was still hungry

I’ve officially reached my limit with Chipotle. The serving sizes are noticeably smaller than they used to be, yet the prices keep climbing. What used to feel like a filling meal now feels like a snack in a bowl.
To make it worse, they were out of half the toppings. No clear notice, no alternatives offered, just a stripped-down menu and full price. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least offer a full menu and portions that justify the cost.
This place used to be reliable. Now it’s overpriced, under-portioned, and poorly stocked. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews since I used to work in food service and know people are trying their best everyday. I was craving chipotle, my coworker already told me not to go to this location since they never service the people in line or their health regulations are far off, he told me there is a girl he said cross contaminated his food the last time he went. She used no gloves, and specifically cross contaminated the rice last time so he mentioned do not let the short lady make my food. I was on my lunch break at work in this area, there was no line at chipotle so I disregarded his words of advice and got in line. I waited probably 10 min watching staff see that I was in line waiting, yet do everything but say they’d be with me in a moment, standing there staring, sweeping the floor, checking the back to make more food while I’m seeing them finish cutting freshly made chicken, everything but acknowledging customers that aren’t door dashers or pickups. It’s so sad that people can’t even acknowledge that there’s a line for Togo and dine in. Horrible service sad that this is the only chipotle nearby because their employment decisions or training are pitiful.

First visit in a year, 610 PM/22DEC..first time I have had to BEG for more food. Burrito Bowl..was given 16 pinto beans on a spoon of rice, asked for more and was told they would have to get more from the back. (then get it…..) asked for Barbacoa, he tried a soup spoon to get it out of fluid, was then told they were OUT, my son ordered 2 steak Burritos, one got 3/4 of a spoon of rice, the other he asked for more and got 1/4 spoon. 1/2 spoon of meat…they looked like what Taco Bell would give you. When I got home, realized they had given me Carnitas, not Chicken. At 610PM and 2 people in store should have left because that was a glaring clue. Service people seemed upset I asked for more (what other Chipotles serve). Won’t be going back ever. I’m 70, son is 37….service and value abysmal.

Every time I order here the white rice is seriously undercooked to the point of it being inedible because its crunchy. And their portions are a joke. You have to ask for double rice to get one scoop and always have to ask for sides of things because its never a full scoop anymore. The rice doesnt even cover the bottom of the bowl…

I hate leaving negative reviews bc I know how hard it is to be a food service worker, but this really was the worst chipotle I’ve had. Ever. I visited with a family member, and the staff gave me 1/3 the servings they gave to my family member. My burrito bowl was essentially salsa soup. On top of that, our chips were stale and everything in the bowl was cold and I ended up sick all night. I’ll stick to my regular chipotle from now on ✌️

We miss the Adobe chicken!!! We tried the barbacoa beef but the taste was off and went to the restroom soon after we got home. The chicken bowl was okay today.
