Cold food
Had a group oder that came to $170. When we got there, we were told it was given to someone else and they had to remake it. We came back 2” minutes later – the timeframe given to remake the order – and they gave us bags from the rack with chips on it. The same bags that were there the first time we entered. We figured no way. We were wrong. We got back to the office to have received completely cold food. They didn’t remake anything! They didn’t even warm it up for us. They just gave us cold stale food that had been made probably an hour prior at that point. It was absolutely disgusting. Don’t go here and expect honest employees or good food.

Had to wait for chicken to cook and while eating our lunch I discovered the chicken was undercooked and bloody ! I called customer service only to be treated rude and told they could not find my transaction. The hung up on me !

During the busy lunch rush, Emmanuel one employee was running the front line all by himself making bowls and burritos, and keeping everything moving with a smile the whole time.
What impressed me most was their attitude. Even with a long line and a packed store, they stayed calm, friendly, and positive with every customer. They double-checked orders, kept things clean and organized, and made sure everyone was taken care of quickly.
I found out they’ve only been working there for four days… four days!! You would’ve thought they’d been there for months with how smoothly they handled everything.
Huge shoutout and way to go! Chipotle is lucky to have someone that hardworking and upbeat on the team.

Both burrito bowls I ordered were half-empty. I loved Chipotle back in the day but I can honestly make a better burrito bowl at home at this point.

I love Chipotle. Was super excited when a new location was coming to my neighborhood.. it is the DT location by New Seasons.. unfortunately, everytime into this location, there are at least 3 employees just standing there and the food looks DISGUSTING!!! I have, no joke, gone in 3 times around dinner, and without fail, everything looks completely dirty and picked over.. I don’t understand why the containers have to have caked on dried rice and crusty meat? So disappointing.. my friend, who lives in the same neighborhood has the same experience.. I would eat here all the time if it wasn’t awful looking..

Placed an order online and upon arrival they told us their system was down and the order wasn’t received. I kindly asked them to make my order on the spot. After showing the employee the order twice she kept insisting on seeing the address in a very rude manner. I was able to confirm the address of the location. She was very disrespectful and acting as if we are the ones inconveniencing her. They were out of the meat we ordered and sofritas. She did not try to resolve the issue or offer alternatives. After 15 minutes of back and forth and us trying to “prove” we placed the order at that location we decided to leave. We asked them for a refund which they didn’t help us with either. Very frustrating experience. We understand technical issues happen and we were very understanding however the way the girl handled it was extremely unprofessional. Wasted 30 minutes going there and back and probably will spend another 30 tomorrow trying to contact support to get a refund.

The manager here has such a cold demeanor, honestly the whole vibe of this chipotle is cold and unfriendly. Like others have said, they’re usually out of multiple proteins at lunch time, which I would imagine is their busiest time, which makes no sense. Portions are laughable, even if you order double protein. Better off walking to New Seasons and getting something there.

Five or six people working, none helping customers. After we wait a minute for someone to help us, they tell us they only have chicken and sofritas… at 1PM. I don’t know what they were doing if neither helping customers nor prepping. The place felt like it was closing. I’d avoid under all circumstances.

1* for the manager on duty
This evening around 7pm 1/12 I visited this chipotle location as I do quite frequently. Greeted with a friendly greeting by a new face; a kind young blonde woman(Ive noticed constant turnover at this location). Its always struck me as odd how so many faces come and go…. until what I witnessed this evening. Whom I imagine was the shift supervisor on duty( A mid twenties looking about 6ft brown haired man who likely is inexperienced in leadership roles) was outright belittling the new hire on how my tacos were being put together, which is exactly how I was asking for; as one does at chiptole. I could tell this woman had a long day, probably listening to this man basically baratting her the entire shift. She mentioned it was only her 3rd day, and was visibily stressed out as this man barked corrections at her over her shoulder, and also pulled her away for further “corrections” in another part of the restraunt after my order was complete. The air in the room was pretty uncomfortable, as a customer to notice a manager talking to a co-worker this way was pretty abhorrent. I very much hope that chipotle location can coach its managers on better etticate while teaching their co-workers and also to not give the store a bad name when it comes to customers.
