Food is always great but staff is absolutely horrible. Always has attitude with one another, especially the individual with colored hair and glasses. Half the time if you order through chipotle lane the staff hands you your food and slams the window without saying a word. Needs serious attitude adjustments, food is great though

Chipotle almost always has generous serving sizes. Choose burrito, taco, bowl or salad, then mix/match, protein, rice, veggies (optional), cheese and sauce = delicious meal. This location has ample seating with large windows to check out the surroundings, if you want to. Servers were quick and friendly. Lots of parking.

My best friend and I stopped in this location. We got greeted by the sweetest girl named Alana. She had us try a little of the steak and that alone convinced us to try it. She was so helpful and friendly. Haven’t been to Chipotle in 5 years but will definitely frequent it now. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE FOR THE WORK ETHIC ALONE

A woman gave me and my husband our order at around 1:34pm through the chipotle lane. She was very rude, and didn’t even greet us when received our order. My husband said thank you, and she closed the window without even saying anything back. Management needs to speak to employees on basic mannerisms. If you feel like you don’t owe basic mannerisms, then maybe you shouldn’t work in the food service industry. It’s common sense to SERVE people and be kind.

I ordered a bowl online and when I got home my steak was red and dripping blood, it looked like it had barely been cooked. I brought it back in to get it remade and they refused. The girl with the glasses on cashier said she was the manager told me the meat comes medium rare and it’s not their fault so they won’t remake it. I’ve never had red rare steak in my bowl before, it wasn’t even medium. I also looked online and don’t see it posted anywhere that the steak is medium rare. The GM was also there and he said since it was an online order I had to call in to get a refund and then re order the bowl. I’ve been hearing terrible things about chipotle customer service for awhile now and I should have listened. It’s a bewilderment to me that they can’t just remake the bowl, they could clearly see I hadn’t eaten any of it and then the girl manager has an attitude like I’m trying to get free food. The general manager was nice enough he did provide me with a resolution but since when has Customer service gone away to now you can’t even re make a bowl out of good faith? Is chipotle that broke, they’re hurting for money to the point where they over charge and then refuse good service? I had to press the issue to get my money back and threaten to dispute the entire charge before they would refund me and they only refunded the bowl even though the chips were stale and over cooked. Safe to say I will not be eating chipotle anymore.

The short story: They left out my corn and replaced it with tomato salsa which I had to pick out. I was not happy with the support I received in the app in response.
The long story: I love Chipotle but was left very disappointed after tonight. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra corn through the app and my husband picked it up through the chipotlane. I was on the phone with him the whole time so I heard how polite the service was. Our order was over 10 minutes late which was fine, they were busy and they apologized that it took so long. What I had an issue with was that not only did my bowl not have any corn, let alone extra, that corn was replaced by the fresh tomato salsa. I can’t eat raw tomatoes and onions so I had to pick all of them out which was very difficult. I went to the Chipotle app to get help with my order and report the missing ingredients. The only option was to communicate with a bot and choose provided answers. I was offered a reward for a free drink that expires within a certain timeframe. That’s it. Then the chat automatically closed and kicked me out. I didn’t feel like that was an adequate solution at all. I think that a refund or a reward for a free burrito bowl in the future would have been more fitting. This may sound silly but I was really looking forward to that corn, hence the request for extra.
Like I said, the people who worked there were very nice but it seemed like they were understaffed which led to the oversight. My issue isn’t with them but with Chipotle understaffing and offering bad customer service through their app

We are large fans of Chipotle, my husband stopped by this location this morning. The door was unlocked so he walked in, where he was immediately greeted with being yelled at, “WE’RE CLOSED!” He apologized and asked what time they open, to where they yelled back, “DID YOU LOOK AT THE DOOR?!”
I understand that he was there before they were open, however the door was unlocked, and often that is the gauge for a business being open. He would have happily come back once they opened, but to have such a nasty and ugly response is unacceptable. They could have at least spoken to him with respect and customer service.
We will still enjoy Chipotle, but never at this location again. There is no reason to be nasty.

Husband and I came in a couple days ago, and I’m still annoyed by the service, so here’s my review… this location has been going downhill for a while (and reading some of the reviews, we’re not the only ones who think so) the employees are lazy, would rather stand at the register huddled together and gossiping than wait on their customers, then when one of them FINALLY notices that one employee is doing all the work, he rushed over and grabbed one of the items (out of order) and starts scooping stuff in there, even though it wasn’t for the right order….then when we tell him he has the wrong bowl, he cops an attitude and says “why does it matter?” With a roll of his eyes…. management- you need to do better at hiring/training your team, or else you’re not going to have repeat business to keep your location afloat.
