BEWARE OF PORTION BEING SHORTED–
My girlfriend and I came in to order and we both ordered the same thing. Well, the portions i received were half of what she got. Let the photos speak for themselves. Ill say this, id rather not go to Chipotle ever again and go to MOD Pizza where they don’t short you on portions.

Ive been to this location several times and each time they deliver a great meal. I ordered a bowl this time and picked up through the drive thru. When i got home there was only rice and vegetables no protein. What happened? I have to give this place 3stars because of this.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but lately the portions have been really inconsistent. Some of the servers give out half-empty bowls. People come here and pay to get a proper meal, not to go home still hungry and look for something else to eat. I even took a photo at home — and even there you can see the bowl isn’t full. It’s disappointing because Chipotle used to be much more generous with their servings.

I’m really “not” sure why this place has reviews of 3.6 stars, but I would give it a 5 today. It was my first time coming to this location, but it most definitely won’t be my last. Whichever employees were working on March 12th at 12:00 p.m. deserve an honorable mention. I have been going to other Chipotle locations and have been somewhat satisfied. I live in Tacoma but come to Bonnylake once a week. This Bonneylake location Chipotle’s is absolutely the best burrito I’ve ever eaten from this chain. I usually just order the chicken burrito. Sometimes they’re large sometimes they’re small, most of the times they’re filled with just a lot of rice and not too much of other stuff, but today this was a nice size burrito and absolutely the best taste I have experienced. It was stuffed and was just tasted “excellent.” Kudos to the staff! I will definitely be back next week when im at Bonney Lake. Hopefully, it will be just as great as today.

Worst chipotle by far. We all get screwed with chipotle portions but this location will consistently screw you. Today my gf and I ordered the exact same thing beside the difference of white and brown rice. I got literally 5 peices of chicken and my bowl is literally a half pound lighter than her bowl after putting it on a food scale. I will never go to any chipotle again after this experience. I’m done getting bent over.

Put an order in on Chipotle app last night around 9:20 PM. Said the order will be ready at 9:30 app updated me and said order was ready pulled up around 9:35 and sat outside the window until 9:54 until someone finally came over and gave me my order that has been sitting there for over 20 minutes. What made it worse was at least three employees looked out that window and seen me sit there they even added more orders to the shelf while I just sat outside waiting about 15 minutes into waiting I started knocking on the window, but they just ignored me completely. I usually do 2 to 3 orders a week with chipotle for dinner or lunch, but I will not be using this Bonnie Lake location ever again.

1/3/25 my wife and i went to the bonneylake, WA chipotle to pick up our catering order only to realize i put the wrong date 🙁
The manager said no problem, and whipped it out in 20 minutes or less! She was quick efficient and we were so thankful! She saved our whole football Seahawks party. Return customers for life!

Hint! Go inside if you want good portions. If you order via the app or DoorDash you will get half the amount. Tried 3 different times and same result, ordering online or via the app is a joke. Note: I ordered double portions and this is what I got, very frustrating, especially when paying extra and getting less than normal.

For some reason every time we order from this location, the chips are completely overcooked, like the oil is very old.
Todays chips were very overcooked and not salted.
Also the last three orders we’ve placed here have arrived with uncooked rice. That is hard in the Center.

I’ve had the worst experiences at this location in the past and decided to order again today. Big mistake. They messed up every single item we ordered, and even went as far as ripping labels off/crossing them out to give us another persons order. I will never be ordering from this place again. They either skimp you on your food or mess it up entirely. TERRIBLE.
