So we ordered on the app, and it said it would be ready at a certain time, and it said it was completed and ready for pick up. Been waiting 10 mins past, and just found out they pushed all the orders to show complete and wouldn’t explain why. Look at the ticket list! The deice through has 7 cars for pick up that we can see. What a ridiculous way to do business.

The best Chipotle I have ever been to. Clean af. The staff are very kind, can be a bit of a wait due to the rigidity of who can be at which station, but great service nonetheless. Wonderful view ☺️. The drive through is quick and easy to navigate. Handicap ♿ parking ️ is a plus. The food is fresh and on point ☝️. The portions are exactly what you ask for which makes the experience worth coming back for. It’s so frustrating when they skimp on the portions fortunately this location understands good customer service.

If there Wa a Negative 0 start I would put it. At 3:10 pm today we picked up a online order from here. Got home put away our shopping sat down to eat and my husband bit a screw.. yes a freaking screw. Good thing he didn’t keep chewing or would have brok a tooth. Called & the smart manager took name and kept tryna pass us off to the other location we we were telling him our receipt said his location. Asked questions as if we knew how the damn screw ended up in our food smfh. They put the wrong names on all of the orders. People who ordered salads ended up pouring their salad dressing all over someone’s else’s burrito bowls and then the salad eaters had no dressing on their salads. Ruined dinner for 4 people. Thanks.

I hate leaving bad reviews but when this is the second time this location has messed up my food and it cost more to order food here than the down payment on my house it’s frustrating. This chipotle is close to my house so it’s convenient… but I’d much rather drive all the way down meridian to the other chipotle. They literally put two plain tortillas in my kids meal box, the carnita meat they put on the side was cold and very very pink. I had to grate cheese to make the quesadilla but still didn’t feel comfortable giving it to my kid with the meat looking like that. Same with the carnitas in my burrito. Threw it all away. The only thing edible from my order was the Coke Zero. Definitely go to the other chipotle

Waited 30 minutes in the fast pickup line, then waited 15 at the window. After my 15 minutes at the window I was finally asked to pull around and go through the line again. Mind you my pickup time was 6:50, I pulled up to the window at 7:15, so already 25 minutes behind. I then waited in the lobby with approx. 10 other people waiting for their orders. The workers were very nice and working hard, but the actual operation of the location was a 0/5.

They constantly give you these portions when you order delivery or through their app. You have to go in and supervise them making your food otherwise this is what you’ll get.
