I’m honestly really frustrated with my experience today.
I placed an online order ahead of time, and it was scheduled to be ready at 2:20 PM. I arrived just a couple of minutes after that time, expecting to grab my food and go. Instead, I waited another 23 minutes for my order to be completed.
During that time, I watched at least 17 customers who ordered in person get served before my online order was ready.
What is the point of ordering ahead if it would have been faster to just stand in line and order when I arrived?
The whole purpose of online ordering is convenience and saving time.
Today it did the opposite.
Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Don’t bother coming to this Chipotle after 7 p.m. because your order will never be fresh or correct. We visit this Chipotle about twice a month, and I will no longer order from this location. Our order is incorrect almost every time. On our most recent visit, I opened our guac after getting home, and there was a huge hair in it. Quality and service have significantly declined in recent months.

Was in the middle of eating my burrito and I bit into a piece of plastic wrap. You can imagine how gross it was to experience this. I don’t appreciate the sloppiness of this chipotle. This is not the first time they’ve wronged me. I wanted to give them one more chance and I regret that. Never eating here again.

What an unmitigated calamity this place is. Got message on app that my order was ready. Got to the store one guy in front of me and my order not ready. People piling up waiting to pick up. No sense of urgency. Some employees standing around. Been waiting some 25 minutes now. More people coming in and waiting for their food. The kicker is with all these people waiting they actually put the food on the shelf instead of calling names as if they’re ahead of the game. One guy waiting had his food put on shelf as he watched! Lol! Much faster to order at the store or drive thru

The food for Chipotle is not any kind of authentic. Its tex mex. Some Mexican flavors put together in mostly American style. For all that, its still pretty good. The ingredients are pretty “light” as in not saturated with grease or heavy fat. Also, being on a reduced sodium diet as I am, the bowls make a great option. The salsa situation is also good, going from mild to reasonably spicy. The green Tamatillo sauce is the best.

Saw lots of people leaving reviews don’t visit here after 7pm ,,, they r right becz this location is always out of stuff and nothing is fresh and worst hygiene,, I m sure health department going to see that soon,,the staff is not doing there duty properly not even cooking blaming each other not cleaning except few ,,,its used to be good place but not anymore. I hope they will make it better.

The restaurant was less clean than desirable. Service was generally disappointing especially when asking for additional portion sizes as the employee was putting way less than minimal scoops in our bowls, burrito and tacos. When you asked for more she would literally just add 1 piece of meat or 1/4th scoop of rice. She was also incredibly unprofessional towards her co-workers as she snatched things aggressively out of their hands consistently while we were in line and while we dined in. Cashier was pleasant. This store is not recommended at all. Drive up or down the street a couple of miles to go to a better operation. Never had such a poor experience at a chipotle before.

Everything was out at lunch. So disappointed with the service she acted like it would have been enough when it wasn’t. What was left looked old. The cook clearly has an attitude problem. Waited for 10 minutes for overcooked meat. Decided to leave.

The best Chipotle I have ever been to. Clean af. The staff are very kind, can be a bit of a wait due to the rigidity of who can be at which station, but great service nonetheless. Wonderful view ☺️. The drive through is quick and easy to navigate. Handicap ♿ parking ️ is a plus. The food is fresh and on point ☝️. The portions are exactly what you ask for which makes the experience worth coming back for. It’s so frustrating when they skimp on the portions fortunately this location understands good customer service.
