Everything about this Chipotle is great, it hits on all levels. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently made right. The portions are solid, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything feels clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving efficiently, even when it’s busy. Overall just a really great experience every time. Highly recommend!

i work in the mall so i visit most of the food court spots on a regular basis. the 3rd time i receive a mystery burnt object in my food is the last straw, i get things happen but tbh once should be the end of it, it’s gross and i recommend avoiding it as the QC is just not there at this location.

The person in front of me got served, then the employee that served them walked to the back for a few minutes, came back, told me they were making their own food and leaving and that someone would be out to help me shortly. Waited around 10-15 minutes, watching employees work, no one came up to ask if I’d been helped or to help me, I finally was running out of time, and left.
This isn’t the normal experience I’ve had here but boy was it sure disappointing.

Fast, easy, delicious. They made me a Beef Barbacoa Burrito basically with almost everything they offer in and they rolled it really well considering. You need a Chipotle burrito every once in a while, and it ended up being very filling after a long day of adventure. Very affordable too. Well come back for dependability and consistency, the staff was very helpful and professional.

We arrived and the place was empty. Every table was dirty with leftover food. We had to ask an employee to clean a table so we could sit at a clean one. He did it with an attitude
Garbage cans were overflowing onto the floor. Went to use the bathroom no toilet paper and also filthy. Food was barely warm. Not our best experience.

I am extremely frustrated with this Chipotle location. I placed an online order and at no point during checkout was there any notification that the store was experiencing major outages on almost everything on the menu. If I had known that, I obviously wouldn’t have placed the order. I drove all the way to the store only to see a sign on the door saying they were out of most items. When I went inside, the restaurant was already being cleaned and all the food was put away. My order wasn’t prepared not even partially and they told me my only option was to call customer service for a refund. This is incredibly inconvenient and a complete waste of my time. This is also the second time this has happened at this location. Twice now I’ve driven there after placing an online order just to be told I can’t get my food because of ongoing operational issues. It’s unacceptable that online ordering is still active when the store can’t fulfill orders. Customers shouldn’t have to show up in person just to find out the store can’t make what they paid for. Management seriously needs to address the continuous problems at this location.

I hate leaving a low review. Unfortunately both times I’ve eaten here I’ve gotten food poisoning. The food tastes good, so I didn’t suspect it. They were understaffed for a Friday night and the time I went a year ago too so perhaps it’s due to that. I see in the reviews many people have good experiences too.
I bought an extra bowl for today’s lunch but will have to toss it unopened… a refund would be cool.
I’ve had great experiences at the other Chipotle in town so i’ll order from there since I seem unlucky at this location. Perhaps just be cautious if you notice understaffing.

I am beyond frustrated with this Chipotle location. This is the SECOND time we’ve placed an online order, paid for it, driven all the way to the store, and only then found out they couldn’t even make our food. When we arrived to pick up our order, there was a tiny sign posted saying they were out of “multiple items” — which turned out to be basically everything needed to make our meals.
Why are you allowing customers to place online orders if you don’t have the ingredients to fulfill them? The app gave zero warning. No notification. No update. Nothing. Instead, customers are expected to show up, discover the problem themselves, and then “contact support” to fight for a refund. That is completely unacceptable and a massive waste of time.
Running out of an item occasionally is understandable. Running out of nearly everything and still taking online orders is just poor management. It feels careless and disrespectful to your customers. If you can’t make the food, turn off online ordering. It’s not complicated.
We will not be ordering from this location again. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is ridiculous.
