Hi I will try to be very honest from some one who has been working with chipotle on the past for 7+ years food was good but not great today the cuts wasn’t the right side from the carne asada very price chips to oil ☹️ too and the grill person have a lot dishes on the back not taking it to the back dishes area front line was good also a lot cross contamination don’t forget the safe ser you need to past for that the guys been nice no problem what really surprise me was the bathroom was really clean also the front door need the glass to be clean specially if they have meeting on the room behind the restaurant some times if looks really bad. To see it with a lot marks everywhere this time I will give them 3 stars I will try it one more time. Next month thanks 5 stars on the bathroom

Terrible I ordered online at 6:30 and didn’t get my food until 7:30 people were still waiting on theirs but the line had put through atleast 30 ppl before I even got my food. This is unacceptable just did a bowl. Then the managed spoke NO ENGLISH and the two making the to go orders didn’t as well and once I said something about all of us to go ordered waiting so long they started talking crap and laughing in Spanish. Go to a different chipotle if you can !!! The others times I’ve been to this one weren’t to bad,but the rice is usually ALWAYS hard as well.

4 guys talking on the front and one lady working on uber deliveries, stacking up orders without saying who is it for, when you ask the lady she just looks at your phone and keeps working, you have to ask multiple times otherwise she just stacks them up , and the three guys talking on the front with zero initiative just pretending you’re not there and charging this business per hour. No wonder delivery drivers steal your food at that point we already lose all the tips.

The only Chipotle restaurant I’ve had bad experiences with from the many I’ve eaten at while traveling the U.S. for work. Sadly this is the one in my hometown closest to me. My order just now came with the soggy, clumped brown rice that just made the whole meal taste like citrus. The Carne Asada was less than half the usual portion. I had to throw away the last quarter of my meal because I just didn’t want to eat just tasting lemons in my mouth after I realized there was no meat left. You can see my brother’s order with sour cream that is almost spilling out to the side. Ordered for 5:15 pick-up and was ready at 5:45 pm. I know most Chipotle locations can get very busy, but this location especially seems slow and/or understaffed.
EDIT: Ordered again today. This order was the most impressive bowl I’ve ever seen from Chipotle. Loaded to the brim with a good balance. Ordered at a less busy time so your results may vary.

We set up Chipotle to cater our company Christmas party a couple months in advance for over $800. On the day of the party the delivery was running late per the tracking. After over an hour of showing the late arrival, the order was cancelled claiming they couldn’t locate the destination. The most frustrating part of the experience is there was no phone call to confirm a very prominent commercial location. There is also no way to contact Chipotle to fix the issue, or even talk to anyone to figure out how to contact the delivery driver. We frantically called every number we could find to get the order delivered but after 45 wasted minutes we were forced to give in and find an alternative food option last minute for a December Christmas party. Needless to say it was an expected expense. We have requested Chipotle make it right and have received no response to multiple messages.

You won’t see any lines in this Chipotle and think you are gonna get your food immediately. Don’t get deceived. This location is currently operating as online order only location. You can order online and it is available in around 15-20 minutes for pickup. The dining area is still open so you can sit and eat there

Oh Everett…. Why is everything in that city just terrible? I tried to order lunch yesterday but you lost my order twice and I had to deal with doordash as Chipotle couldn’t cancel the order. I didn’t want to, but I decided to go in today and pickup my order. Kinda wish I hadn’t ordered as the bowl was lacking. Do you see the rice? Neither do I. 2 stars because at least i got something for my $24
Edit: 03/16/22 – Decided to go in today and I ordered the same thing as my previous review and…. See the difference? Ya, DO NOT doordash / use the chipotle app for delivery. It’s insane I got more food AND paid way less (before fees). Smh.
Edit: 03/28/22 – Told polo asada was online only. Really? You had a full bin of it. I don’t see anything in the app either or any signs. One star. I’ll be back soon! 🙂

I ordered a bowl and a kids quesadilla to eat in the park. When I went to open the bag I was surprised that they had not given me a spoon or fork, nor napkins. I had to break the lid of the kids quesadilla and invent a spoon for me and my son. What an unpleasant situation!
