Beware: Tiny portion sizes here, and very expensive. My wife just finished a 3 hour blood draw and is anemic during pregnancy. I usually cook at home, but since time was short and it was on our way back from the hospital we stopped here so she could get some steak for the iron. I saw reviews of small portion sizes, but thought maybe it’ll be fine. It was not. She got steak and was served a small scoop, the employee even dropped some back in – it was such a small amount it was stupid. We asked for extra so they did the same, tiny scoop. We got guacamole on the side. It was $23…. for one bowl with “normal” amount of steak and guac. I did not order since the price was outrageously expensive. Never coming here again.
Oh and the owner – dont bother with the generic -contact us here with your issue or whatever corporate bs.
Tldr: looking for steak treat for anemic partner. Served tiny portion size, asked for extra to get a normal amount compared to other locations. $23 for one bowl.

Smallest bowl I’ve ever received – maybe would be worth it for half the price, hardly even filled half way. Absolutely not worth the $17, before tip, that was paid. Wouldn’t recommend any online orders here.

One of my favorite locations. The chicken is always being grilled fresh, I can see the fajitas sautéed and staff are extremely efficient and friendly. There seems to be a harmony and flow with this location compared to other locations in Seattle. Also, very clean bathrooms, the tables are always tidy and clean and the music selection is great. 5 stars.

They didn’t want to make anymore dressing. Asked for limes and they said they dont have any cut. Paused and we had to ask if they could cut them which they had attitude about. Ive never received such a small portion of protein and asked if I could have a little more and you couldnt have joked about a crumb he added to it. Poor service and portions. I had a very hard morning, and I ordered my bowl at this location, but forgot to select veggies. This is the bowl size I am getting from this store.
This is my favorite store I usually go when I get busy times. But not anymore after the new staff appears. I totally understood that you can help us re-order it even though you got what I ordered for. but I just can’t believe I am paying $13 for this tiny bowl.

Hi, I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent Chipotle delivery order. I paid almost $62 and made specific requests, but none of them were honored. I asked for extra sour cream and extra rice, yet my bowl had barely a teaspoon of sour cream and very little rice. I also asked for extra lettuce, but I was given almost none. On top of that, the food was extremely salty, which made it even more disappointing.
I also requested napkins and utensils, and none were included in the bag.
For the amount of money I spent, this felt careless and frustrating. It seems like delivery orders aren’t being prepared with the same attention or care as in-store orders, and my requests were completely ignored. This was honestly the worst Chipotle order I’ve ever received, and it feels like a waste of my $62.
Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering Chipotle delivery again. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and attention to customer orders moving forward.

The employee working the line helped every single person ahead of me. Then, when it was my turn, he walked away. Not to grab something. To pressure his coworker into covering his closing shift. The coworker had already said no. He asked again anyway. Then he started talking to his manager about some operations manual. Meanwhile, I’m standing there. He looked back at me twice. Didn’t say a word. Didn’t serve me. Just let me stand there.
I left. The food’s overpriced anyway.

The food is always fresh, and the steak is perfectly tender. The portions are huge, giving you amazing value for your money. On top of that, the customer service is excellent—friendly staff who make sure you leave happy. It’s my absolute favorite place to eat—consistently delicious and satisfying!

I regularly visit other Chipotle locations and always get a standard portion of food. But at this location, the portion was so small that I left feeling hungry. This is the first time in years I’ve experienced something like this. I’m very disappointed with the service and the staff.

This Is my second time going to this Chipotle and I love it, I always feel happy after a nice lunch or dinner here. I usually notice there amazing employees with their generosity, patience and service, I love the atmosphere because It’s clean and calm. This will always be my usual spot!
