I’ve ordered from the Chipotle on Westlake in Seattle three times over the past few months, and unfortunately my experience has been inconsistent — especially with the rice. On two occasions the rice was extremely salty, and another time it arrived completely plain with no seasoning at all.
My most recent order today was particularly disappointing. I actually bit into a visible lump of salt, and the rice had a crunchy texture from salt grains, which made the meal unpleasant and hard to enjoy.
I hope management takes a closer look at quality control and seasoning consistency, because this location has potential but needs improvement. Until then, I recommend ordering with caution.

My salad with extra veggies had no veggies and very little lettuce. (I counted like four pieces.) Also, what is all that liquid that was at the bottom?! I was miffed enough to walk 10 min. back to the restaurant, and they told me the veggies weren’t ready and weren’t even cut yet. At 11:40am on a weekday when the lunch line was already almost to the door. I have no idea how these folks plan their supply chain, but it seems it’s not done very well.

This place is a complete joke. The service is trash. You pay for your food and they act like they’re doing you a favor.
They never have the veggies ready. No pico de gallo? Fine. But instead of refilling it like they’re supposed to, they just give you less than the actual portion. That’s ridiculous. The same thing happened with the corn.
How is it possible that customers are paying full price and getting treated like this? It’s unacceptable. They act like the food is coming out of their own pocket.
If you don’t want to waste your money and deal with terrible service, don’t come here. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

This is both the best tasting and the most efficient chiptotle I’ve ever been to hands down, I go almost two times every week. When the line is out the door you will get you food within 10 minutes. The quick food turnover also means they have to replace the food often, so the meat usually has only been sitting out for <20 minutes. Gotta be on of my all time top 10 restaurants no joke.

7/2 8pm: I don’t know if the girl was having a bad day or what but homegirl was just irritated the whole time. When I asked for a separate order of steak she was so irritated and then proceeded to give the smallest scoop. I asked if she’s giving me a double scoop on the side because of the portion size and she was visibly more irritated and replied with “it’s a large side”. $6 for half a scoop of steak is criminal (picture for reference). There was no shortage of steak nor was there anyone behind me at the time. I didn’t bother to say anything else because she was scooping my toppings like it was my jail time meal or something lol. Like girl you’re on the clock no matter how fast you throw my bowl together. Gave 2 stars because the guy at the register was super nice and helpful.

Worst Chipotle Ever. The place was a mess. We got there 1.5 hours before closing and all the chairs were up and the entire floor was being mopped making it very slippery. They were so ready to leave which is not fair to the consumer it’s not like we are showing 30 mins before closing. There was trash everywhere. The food was gross. Had two bites and got out. I love chipotle in general, but this specific location always has problems. Their soda machine hasn’t worked in months, and they don’t tell you that until you’re about to pay. Also, the tables are often dirty, and there are boxes all over, blocking the seating around the side.
This location is could be really convenient for me, but I don’t go as often as I’d like to because of how poorly it is run.
