Ive been a regular here for very long. The portions have always been low but today I got some ridiculous ones. Online ordered DOUBLE scoop carne asada, and they gave me less than a single scoop (see image). All other ingredients were also underscooped. Thankfully a nice worker got me more but she informed me that they were out of carne asada so i would have to wait. This means they ran out of meat and tried to ship my order off and hope I didnt notice, literally scamming me. The only reason i checked was because the bowl felt so insanely light, im not generally the karen type to police these things.

They were 15 minutes later than I had anticipated. I went to the mobile pick-up section and when they brought it out, I had asked “for Jennifer” and the worker said no then proceeded to put down my order. I checked the bag for accuracy and noticed Chips missing. I didn’t notice that they also missed my Tortilla side as well as my Red Salsa side. When we opened the bowl with “Extra Corn, Extra Mild Tomato” the bowl was skimpily filled. I suggest not going to the Chipotle here in Redmond as it isn’t the first experience I’ve had with their proportions being smaller than all the other locations (i.e. Bellevue, Renton)

Ordered for pick up. We had a chunk of beef in my wife’s burrito bowl when we ordered sofritas. We are both vegetarian. This is sloppy and absolutely unacceptable. Pepper just apologized then ended the chat. They make it hard to get any recourse.

FIND A DIFFERENT CHIPOTLE / RESTAURANT. Disregard the automated comments they leave, they are doing nothing to address the negative reviews.

This location gives consistently less food than other locations. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead, order in person, are a regular, etc. The bowl I received was about half full prior to adding lettuce; picture included if you are able to see how shallowly the food has been filled.

I used to be a frequent customer but at this price and quantity of food given, I cannot justify returning to this location. @Chipotle, please normalize the amount of food given, you will lose loyal customers

We came for the ugly sweater bogo promo for ugly/holiday themed sweaters. The workers didn’t give us the promo. They said that the sweater wasn’t “christmassy” enough. We ended up buying the food and it was good, but this seemed petty given it was a holiday plaid sweater and was what I consider “ugly”. Next time say that this store doesn’t do the promo.

They don’t manage online orders well.

If you place an online order, and it isn’t ready, just get in line. Otherwise there’s a good chance that you’ll watch other people walking in and getting their food while you wait.

Maybe you get out of line when you order comes up, maybe they cancel your online order when you get to the head of the line. But as least you won’t be penalized for ordering ahead.

Listen, as a kid i have always loved chipotle and as i have grown it has grown with me. As i started caring about nutrition it was the one place that i felt could still give me comfort. It pains me to give a negative review which is ehy i still gave 2 stars but enough is enough. I along with my family have noticed a very negative change in the portions size. Its fine if this is a once in a while occurrence but it happens too often and consistently. In a world that feels so cold we look for things to escape and for me that was chipotle but im having trouble confining myself to it nowadays.

2/3 the food for full price. I used to eat chipotle multiple times a week before moving to Redmond, but this place is just too inconsistent to rely on when hungry. Sometimes the burritos are fine, but they consistently scoop the portions like its coming out of their check. I had enough of just taking it yesterday and asked the employee if he gave me a full portion of meat. He rudely insisted that he did, and told me to pay for double if I wanted more. I paid and went home and took apart the burrito and weighed my meat. 2.8 oz of meat is what passes as “definitely” a full portion of meat these days (4oz of meat is advertised). I don’t know why but they don’t just skimp on meat but the cheaper ingredients as well. Pictures show my burrito after asking for extra rice, extra corn twice, and extra cheese FOUR times with my “definitely” full portion of meat.

Edit: Based on the “comment from owner” I went to the site so they could “help”. There idea of helping is wasting your time filling out some forms and handing over personal information so that they can send you a generic automatic email. They respond to every review to appear like they care, but they just further disrespect customers by valuing their appearance over their customers time.

Quantity, Quality, and Service Have Declined Significantly

I am a vegetarian, and Chipotle has been my go-to place for eating out for many years. However, over the past couple of months, I have noticed a drastic decline in food quality, portion size, and overall service. This issue is not limited to just this location—I have experienced the same at multiple Chipotle locations.

Today, I ordered one Veggie Bowl and one Sofritas Bowl, and there were only about six pieces of vegetables in total in the vegetable tray. The staff member repeatedly scooped the same few pieces to divide them between the two bowls. When I requested additional vegetables, the employee lifted the nearly empty vegetable tray and poured the leftover water into the bowl instead of adding more vegetables.

Earlier, a single order used to come with a much more generous portion of vegetables. I also noticed that staff now seem to treat vegetables as if they are the most expensive ingredient and try to limit them by any means. If the cost of vegetables has increased, I would rather pay slightly more and still have the option to purchase a proper portion than see the overall standard lowered so drastically.

At this point, it feels like it may be time for me to look for alternatives to Chipotle.
