Please check your takeout. I ordered a quesadilla for my kid, and I am shocked they made such a big mistake without putting any side in the take out container. The quality from this store is getting poor. They are giving inaccurate portions of ingredients. Feel so disappointed! Hope they can improve to get better…

Im a doordasher and this pissed me off because first of all dashers cant open the bags to make sure the order is correct! 2nd my customer ordered 2 bowls and they were both completely WRONG. i went back to get it fixed and i had no problem with that but. Oh my goodness can the workers be a little bit more careful and make sure the right bowl is going into the right bag! This is NOT the only time this has happened at this CHIPOTLE.

I came in hoping to order a steak burrito, but the experience was extremely disappointing. When it was my turn, the employee helping me looked completely miserable and uninterested in being there. I noticed there wasn’t enough steak left, so I politely asked if there was more available. She looked me straight in the eyes and simply said “no.”

There was no attempt to help, no explanation, no offer to check if more was being prepared, and no suggestion of an alternative. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up just turning around and leaving.

Customer service matters, especially at a place like this where people expect a quick and welcoming experience. I strongly recommend better staff training on basic customer service and communication. A simple “we’re making more,” or “it’ll be ready in a few minutes,” would have made a huge difference.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend coming to this location. Running out of food and treating customers with indifference is unacceptable.

Absolute Disaster of a Catering Order

We ordered catering from this location for a very special school event, scheduled for 11:00 AM delivery, and were charged a delivery fee. What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

When the food didn’t arrive by 11:00, I contacted customer service to track the order. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, transferred between three different agents, and forced to repeat the same information again and again—yet no one could tell me where my order was or what was happening.

By 11:30 AM, with our staff lunch already falling apart, I had no choice but to drive to the store myself. That’s when I discovered the order had been ready since 10:46 AM—just sitting there. To make matters worse, the store manager then told me they don’t even offer delivery, yet somehow had no explanation for why we were charged a delivery fee or why the order was marked as “attempted delivery.”

Even more unacceptable: after a supposed initial call that wasn’t answered within 15 minutes, no further attempt was made to contact us, despite this being a time-sensitive catering order. No follow-up. No urgency. No accountability.

This complete lack of communication, ownership, and basic professionalism ruined our staff lunch and caused unnecessary stress during an event that was meant to be positive and celebratory.

I will never use this location again for any school or organizational event, and I strongly caution others—especially those ordering catering—to look elsewhere. Completely unreliable and unacceptable.

Not a great experience. Stopped by tonight for some sofritas tacos while I was on my way from Bellevue to Sammamish. I saw rice had fallen inside of the sofritas bin—kinda gross, and as someone with dietary restrictions, it doesn’t give me a lot of faith food isn’t cross-contaminated here. At the end of the line, I noticed the lettuce and guacamole were both almost completely brown. I ended up just throwing away the tacos and going to Del Rio across the street.

Apparently I wasn’t the only disgruntled customer either. A couple was getting very irritated at some employees for taking 20+ minutes to complete the order. Employees seemed overworked.

Won’t be coming back to this location.

Service is not always friendly but they are extremely busy. Also, usually out of napkins, etc. Tables can be messy along with the restaurant.
As far as the food- delicious. Love the choices. A bit expensive for chips- last time they were old & stale for that price. But the food was excellent. I’ll always go back when I’m in Issaquah. A bit of hopefully helpful criticism & a positive. The food is always enough that I can eat it 2-3 times off of one meal.

I recently went to get chipotle after work and when I picked up my mobile order it was completely messed up. I had ordered a bowl with a bunch of items, and then when I went to eat it all that was there was rice chicken and some veggies. This has also happened to my friend at the same location. When I tried to call them to find a solution it rang for 5 minutes and no one picked up. I love chipotle but this experience has ruined it.

My daughter first time at Chipoltle and I found hair in my food before I even took one bite. I went back up to talk to the employees. They didn’t really know what to say or do.. They offered to remake it, but I feel like the didn’t care. I found like a group of curly hair in my food. It was gross and a negative experience for my daughter. I will never go bsck to this one. They made our food and it took time to pay. I just feel like it was overpriced and had hair in the food. Never going back.

We have ordered Chipotle catering for groups many times over the last 15 years, and we used to absolutely love it, but since the pandemic, the portions have become very chintzy, and we are finally done with them. Our most recent and final order was for 20 people (even though we only expected 14), and we still ran out of the meat, which NEVER used to happen even when ordering for the correct number of guests. We got multiple giant trays of lettuce, but not enough meat for 14 people when we ordered for 20 . As a host, it was embarrassing, and we will not be repeating that mistake.

I am sooooo tired of wrong pick up orders! I’ve seen other people with the same problem with this place and it’s so frustrating! The labels on the items were correct but they clearly did not even attempt get it right. They took my 1st order and duplicated it with the second and just changed the meat. This isn’t being busy or making a simple mistake this intentional laziness. Nice work Chipolte, at least you’re consistent.
