Ugh this place has gotten so much worse over time. A few years ago, chipotle retired their “secret menu” quesadilla under the guise of consistency. And while the replacement version has always been a worse value to the consumer, it hasn’t ever been bad. Until today. I paid two extra dollars for carne asada and received half of a quesadilla. The other half was 70% a double folded tortilla and had exactly two pieces of steak in it and almost no cheese.

This round employee tossed the items in, causing the bag to rip and stain clothes. They also ignored most inquiries and packed the food as they pleased. The employee who packed my food also rolled her eyes repeatedly, tossing items.

Visited this spot multiple times, got mixed experiences. Had couple of issue regarding protein portion – when I mentioned the employee to add additional protein portion (not complimentary, i paid for it), they just did half spoon as they were donating – felt awkward, not sure why they have to be rude but okay. I had 100% bad experience during dinner – felt rice is too hard, may be left overs from post lunch.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location for the second time. The first visit had me dealing with super light portions, even after requesting extra veggies. This time, I specifically ordered light rice, double meat, and double veggies, but when I got home, I found light meat, light veggies, and extra rice instead. I paid for the extra meat and veggies that I didn’t receive. This location really needs to retrain their staff. I won’t be returning.

The chicken had tough, hard ligaments. Not sure if it was the “fat” from the chicken. But I’ve never experienced this before. The staff, especially the younger ladies are very sweet. The older staff are a bit rude. But, it’s understandable given the rush.

Chipotle is one of my favorites but this is the second time I had a poor experience at this location. Every time I do mobile pickup, I end up waiting 15+ min in the drive thru when my app says the food is ready. No one bothers greeting you or at least letting you know if they’re behind, they just avoid eye contact and look like they’re inwardly hoping you go away. They also forgot veggies on my bowl. I miss the days when good customer service mattered.

Can you get healthier Mexican food, yes you can. Get a salad bowl, no rice, black beans, variety of good proteins, lots of different add-ons. When I want less health, freshly made I love PNW’s, Taco Time. Chipotle is a very close runner up. Staff is always friendly, food is very good, flavorful and fresh.

Horrible service! First time back to Chipotle in years but I’m reminded quickly why I stopped going. No matter how good the product is, if the customer service is terrible, it’s a zero from me. I walked in and the staff turned his back and started speaking to another staff as though I was invisible. I literally had to call his attention and say, “Am l invisible?” Then he and another staff attended to me. I was so upset but this was all I could get on my way. So disappointed! Just pathetic!
Also, I was rushed through my order like they had somewhere to be. The whole atmosphere was dreary.

Just gross across the board. The restaurant was greasy, the prices keep going up while the quantity and quality go down. There are way better burrito/taco places around within a half mile for better lunch alternatives.

Food tastes alright, but serving size gets smaller and smaller each time I go. The Woodinville chipotle fills the whole bowl. Waste of time and abhorrently more expensive than other fast food places in the area like Taco bell, McDonalds, Arbys, Wendys and more. Not sure why paying more gets you less here and if it did you’d think the quality would make it up. News flash, it doesn’t.
