Oh my goodness!! Sooo good!! The girl who waited on me was a pro, and the food is phenomenal today. The chimichurry sauce is a must have!! Its so fresh tasting and compliments everything else. Keep up the good work guys!! The only thing that could have made it better is pickled onions.

1st stop in Oregon out of Idaho. My 1st time to Oregon and had to have one of my favorite spots. Chipotle never disappoints. Across the board, most locations have some tables that need wiped. Traveling east to west and north to south… most every location has needed tables wiped. This was a noticeable 1st… all tables open, were clean. My meal was great and hit the spot. Bravo to the clean restaurant and you weren’t slow either. Good job team. And on a Friday afternoon too.

The first visit I asked for a three point with chicken and cheese. I intended to get a three point burrito, but I actually just got a”bowl” with chicken and cheese… No rice, no tortilla. I figured my fault for not knowing to specify rice and burrito. So, I went another day. I saw they had a drive up which was perfect since I was traveling for work and on a time line. When I got to the window I was advised that it was for online orders only and I could drive around and come inside. There was no one behind me, and the parking lot was empty, but they chose to risk losing my business rather than compromise by taking my order and letting me know that in the future I should order online first. There are at least 5 other fast food places within a stones throw of their building, so problem solved…I took my business elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I would drive an hour and a half to come to this chipotle because there was none near us. Every time we came here we had a WONDERFUL experience and the workers were always exceptionally kind. It’s so funny too that every time we came there were different people working- and still they were all SO KIND!! Thank you for always giving us a wonderful and memorable experience.

BEWARE: Ai customer service will not let you adjust or cancel any orders done in the app. There is no way to contact the store to adjust orders if mistakes were made. It’s not the local stores fault at all but a corporate problem.

I felt a little rushed when checking out other than that it was great. I just want to say that I live in rural area of Oregon so I am used to being patient and not rushing. I can tell in Ontario that service is expected to be fast and superficial to please people. Today was the first time ever stepping into a Chipotle and ordering food. The portions were great and I am extremely thankful on the portion size. I ate half then and ate the other half later. The food tasted fresh and it was super delicious. I paid $12 dollars for the carne asada build your own bowl. I thought it was fantastic. Management please remind your staff on the great jobs they are doing and please lift their spirits a little more. Your staff works hard to please an area that are extremely impatient and ungrateful for the customer service people are providing.

I ordered food to go tonight and they told the delivery driver that there was no cheese once he got there. Super weird but I couldn’t cancel the order because we were hungry and my kids needed to eat. Then, they made tacos instead of kids quesadillas without cheese, which I okayed but they are so sloppy that no one will eat them plus they left the guacamole off the original order for the kids. My order was so small and they delivered without any utensils to eat said food. I’m now sitting in my hotel room with food and nothing to eat it with. So bummed because I usually love Chipotle!
