I’ve been to a few chipotles, and the food is always delicious.I wasn’t disappointed at this one either. It’s brand new, only open a couple months. All of the staff were super friendly and I’m so happy about giving me the extra things I asked for. They all seemed so happy to be there, And to help you get delicious food in your belly. Definitely would recommend.

Other chipotle’s places use a good portion of rice this one you get a 1/4 cup if your lucky, and the chicken was over seasoned and dry out vs the other chipotle I’ve ate at and there’s been a lot. I’d recommend going to one in Tri-cities my last bowl I got I honestly didn’t think they put rice in it I had to really search nothing like a all bean and chicken bowl I’ve ate at Hermiston 5 times now thinking that it’s new so wait they have to work out the kinks nope I’ve lost all interest in this one. Atmosphere is dull others are lively even in down time for the workers and productive this one they group up and gossip great if you want quiet

The food was not worth the amount of money that they put out for. Everything was extremely dirty could not even find a clean table. The upselling made me very uncomfortable we ended up buying two meals and paying over $35 for the two meals the food did not taste fresh it did not taste hot it was actually pretty nasty we will go to one of the restaurants here in Hermiston that actually has decent meals.

Love chipotle but the workers at this one aren’t on the same page with meat & rice portion. Their is zero consistency on portion size some people add the proper amount for the price and others don’t add enough.
Spend way too much to not get my money’s worth, 1 burrito should fill up my stomach it’s taking 2 because the portions are smaller. Still plan going here.

I’ve eaten here at this location twice now, both times my receipt had multiple mistakes.
I was charged for guac 5 times on one order but only ordered in 3 meals.
I’ve been charged extra for adding more beans, because I’m assuming they thought it was meat I guess?
It’s good food, it’s expensive, it’s not as good as some of the local places but it’s better than several. If you’re going to eat here pay attention to your receipt, make sure they aren’t adding extra stuff when they shouldn’t. The extra guac and chips I’ve been charged adds up to basically another burrito.

It was very busy when we came for lunch and the crew was doing an amazing job keeping up with everyone! Food was on point and the steak was cooked perfectly!
