Arrived around 5:25 during the dinner hour on 2/3. There was NO steak prepared and they were just finishing the chicken. Arrived and there were two groups sitting at tables and three employees. None of the employees spoke to me or the other customers for almost 10 minutes. Finally the only female employee came out from around the corner and rudely ordered me to step back saying the they had not ordered yet. I had no way of knowing that and had not said or done anything to deserve her attitude, she then stomped back around the corner. While it was completely understandable for them to order first, there was NO reason for her rudeness. Finally a young man started taking orders, making the food and running the register. He seemed very stressed. After about 15 more minutes I was finally able to order. My question is, why were TWO of the protein options NOT ready during the dinner hour? The food quality is good, but the service at this restaurant is terrible! I am highly unlikely to return, which is sad since I have always enjoyed Chipotle in other locations. Also, the parking situation is ridiculous here with only one or two spots available that are not reserved for mobile orders.

I went into Chipotle on January 2nd 2026 around 7:00 p.m.
Unfortunately they didn’t have my guacamole for my veggie bowl protein.
I had asked if I could get a discount because I was clearly being jipped of my protein for my veggie bowl, yet being charged for it.
The workers kindly met my request and made it right!

Very friendly staff and patient while you’re trying to figure out what to eat.. LOL overall the food is excellent and you have to try. There are chips that they make daily.

Juan needs fired or better training. His customer service is shit. I’ve been there twice since they’ve opened and he reminded me of why it’s been months since I haven’t been back. While asking “can I get you anything else for your bowl?” as he is already putting the lid on and almost into the paper bag. After reading these reviews I am sure the negative ones about a “man” being disrespectful would be Mr. Juan.

Usually you can expect the same thing at Chipotle. Although the food was ok portions were smaller then any Latin I’ve ever been to. Customer service sucks as well. This seems to be a common thing in klamath. But for the money you spend at this restaurant I expect much more!!

The food was exactly the greatness I was expecting. Fresh ingredients, wonderful taste and exactly what I ordered with no mistakes. The service was ordinary, nothing special but they were fast with my order. Atmosphere was inviting, sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air and slight breeze. Couldn’t be happier with Chipotle in Klamath Falls Oregon.

Day shift- the food is good, nice n clean work area and lobby
Night shift- just a mess. Theyve messed up an order of mine as im right there saying what i want on it, their work station is messy, and just seems unprofessional. Its like they were trained seperately from the day shift workers ♀️

I usually don’t write reviews but what I witnessed today while I was waiting in line…..was APPALLING. I saw a young woman be treated so disrespectfully by a man that I assume is a manager. The poor girl was confused about pricing and instead of using basic problem solving skills that he SHOULD KNOW in his position…..he threw the girls food away and proceeded to talk to her like she was stupid. Even the staffmembers appeared to be extremely uncomfortable. I WALKED OUT. I refuse to give any business to an establishment that allows this behavior.

The person who was making the burrito looked like he was having a bad day. He was court and uncourteous when asked very simple questions about the food. He purposely wanted to serve the minimum amount ot each ingredient to end up with a ‘malnourished’ burrito which was no worth 13 bucks and leave me hungry. I left. I don’t recommend thos place (or at least when this worker is on duty) if you want a fulfilling lunch to get your money’s worth.
