Tables are not wiped off (had to clean our own before we could sit down). Employees are kind. My chicken bowl (chicken was so chewy almost couldn’t eat it and had to spit out something hard?), husband’s carnitas was pretty good. Had to ask for cups. Drink station, floor, tables not maintained. Sad, because we need a good place to go but this is not it unfortunately. Would not recommend (only in a pinch). Pricing was reasonable, but picture shows guac! But it’s extra!

Ok first off.. the reviews are so split and it made us not want to go but are so glad we did. Making this review so they can have a better rating!
On this 7pm monday night… with no line. We got a Salad with steak and chicken, and 2 chicken burritos with Guacamole and queso. It was about $32 and honestly thats not bad at all. (Im surprised they got them closed to be honest.) Really tasty and plenty of food. Staff was super nice and ya the place looked like there was a rush before hand and honestly if you have worked at a place like this… you would understand that things can get crazy and all you are trying to do is get by. So please give them some time to get there. They deserve it. 🙂 Oh and the dining area wasnt filthy like the other pictures on here…and it smelled clean and was clean.

This is the best Chipotle and I’m surprised to read the negative reviews. My experience was exceptional. It was crazy busy so I had to wait in line but I noticed that the workers were working really hard. It felt like watching an episode of Master Chef. Their kitchen was chaotic but in the end I got my burrito bowl with a smile and generous portions. Honestly, the prices were reasonable compared to prices I’ve been paying on the East Coast.

Yes, this new Chipotle is new in Grants Pass, but the 2 times i have been there, the food was very good. Yes, there’s a line at peak times, but i would rather stand in line and see my food dished up, rather than order it online. I had a gift card and the girl had a problem processing it, but a supervisor was able to help. The portion sizes seem adequate to me and i usually eat half my burrito bowl there and take the other half home. If the tables are not cleaned up right away its because they are busy with the rush of customers…if the previous customers are slobs and can’t pick up after themselves, it’s too bad…i always try to leave my table as clean as possible when i am finished.

So, I got in line at 2:00pm and left at 2:37pm. I got the order to go, the food was Chipotle…. pretty fresh, the hard taco was soft by the time I arrived home 25 minutes later. The carnitas was ok, the flavor, but kinda mushy, like the consistency of tuna from the can. The chicked was the last couple of scoops actually both were, maybe they should mix it in with a full container. The rest was acceptable, so more healthy than other fast food restaurants. The drive thru isn’t open at this time, they could have put signage rather than let ppl drive up, not sure what that’s for no menu out there. Where you get your drinks needed attention, but as I stated it was crowded, 37 minutes is a long time to get thru. Tables n floors needed attention as well. It is also Saturday and its new to a smaller city, the novelty is new and I’m sure as far as cleanliness that was an issue but scraping the bottom of the barrel I did not appreciate.

Can’t speak for the meat, but I had two delicious veggie tacos and an order of chips and salsa for $9. Veggies fresh, loved the white corn garnish. Taco shells cooked perfectly. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food prepared in an orderly fashion and I felt it was sufficient. Can’t wait to go back. Glad you are here in Grants Pass!

Whoever owns this location needs to get their managers in check. Complete disarray, attitudes, food not being prepared. I mean how long do you stare at the empty container of fajitas before you call for more? When asked “They’re cutting them up now”. Zero cohesiveness at this store.

The rice in my bowl today is hard as a rock. Almost seems like it wasn’t cooked properly or potentially mixed with day old rice.

Really let down. Management, get your people in order.

I put 4 stars only because of the lack of employees. The two I encountered worked diligently, getting through the long line.
One person serving….everyone. One cashier doing her best to help where she could. We were patiently waiting, seeing that they were doing their best.
Then I asked for cheese and they were OUT. Of cheese. At a Mexican restaurant. When I commented on how unusual that is, he said “management has failed us”. Clearly stated, while keeping up his quick pace because there was another 15 people behind me and he, the only server.
I tipped them well. I understand short staff days, they happen.
I do like to have cheese on my tacos and Queso for my chips but due to mismanagement, I left with neither.
I was thinking about all the people in line waiting… probably expecting cheese.
You shouldn’t have to leave a restaurant paying $39 and still not get what you came for. Yet, who is going to stand in line for a half hour and then decide to go someplace else, especially after they had already started your order.
Anyways, the two employees that I encountered were doing phenomenal. Hopefully management will step up and be there for their employees and in the end, the customers.
We finally get a Chipotle, I hope they get this figured out quick or we can live without a Chipotle again. Wouldn’t want that for all the people who have jobs there, though.

So excited to have a Chipotle here in Grants Pass. They were busy, understandably since everyone wants some of this heaven sent deliciousness. Staff was so kind and apologetic for any wait. Food was fresh and perfect helping size. Was some of the best chipotle I’ve had in a while. We will obviously be coming back on the regular. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I visited Chipotle recently and had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and the service was fairly quick. I enjoyed my burrito, which was fresh and flavorful, but it wasn’t anything extraordinary. The portion size was good, but I felt the ingredients could have been more generous. The restaurant was clean, but it was a bit noisy and crowded during peak hours. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick meal, but I might explore other options for a more satisfying experience.
