We were here for our first time, walked in at around 8 pm. The female was nice, I ordered a steak bowl, the lettuce looked gross when they put it on my bowl (like wilted) it was messy inside the building and food was in the sour cream, most of the tables were dirty and wet.
I was barely given rice and bean portions. There’s no way this was a normal amount. The food was also cold.
My steak was unedible. Extremely chewy and hard like a rock. I took photos. We tried to chew it but couldn’t, literally all my meat was this way. Idk why it looked so dry too but the rest of my bowl was fine. I’m not one to normally complain but this was ridiculous. My kids had the kids chicken tacos with chips (only 5 chips inside the bag). Otherwise no other issues with their food. It could be cleaner here and something was wrong with the steak.
And we’ve never been to this location, we usually go to Medford’s Chipotle. We were just passing through Ashland and needed a quick bite.

So first off u havent been to Chipotle for a few years now. But i went yesterday and ordered a steak salad and a burrito for my son with the al pastor chicken. Ok so i had to ask for more beans and the amount of meat is ridiculous he said its standard 4oz why am i paying 15 bucks for a skimpy burrito ? My salad had no greens i had to ask for more meat and greens. I remember the burritos and salads being way bigger. I get it things went up in price for the ingredients but so did their prices so so dont take away ingredients because you are charging for them anyways. Anyway i wont be going back. Of im going to pay 38 freaking dollars for 2 things that were skimped then im just gonna go to the mexican restaurant by 711. Atleast they dont skimp you and its the same price for a bigger meal.

Just ordered a chicken bowl. The server placed a small amount of chicken in the bowl. I said “that’s it for the chicken” and he said “yes it’s 4 ounces.” There is no way it was 4 ounces. So of course I went home and got the scale out. Oh and the food was cold.

Food tasted like chipotle is supposed to and was ready quickly. Staff were certainly pleasant enough for a 10pm visit. Can’t relate to the reviews from opening night; as far as chipotle experiences go, this is the blueprint.

We were very excited about this since the loss of Señor Sam’s. But unfortunately they didn’t give my son chicken in his chicken quesadilla and they didn’t heat it up so the cheese wasn’t even melted. The servings were extremely small. Like 1/3 of what they usually give. I had to pay double meat for a regular serving of meat. The chips were stale. The wait was long. I’ll probably just keep going to the ones in Medford and hopefully they improve in a few months.

I ordered a burrito bowl at 8:30 through their app, maybe that was on me. The rice was old and audibly crunchy with every single bite and chicken was so dry it was almost brittle.
